So this shop has changed a lot over the years and Iâve had a lot of experiences and Iâve often thought of leaving a review many times a five star review because The Lake has the best juice prices Iâve seen anywhere and some really great helpful employees not to mention the new shop design looks great and is very inviting. However there are some things that could be improved on for example mod prices. Iâve seen mods in the shop for $120 versus several local competitors who sell the same set up for $80 so I generally buy mods at other shops even though In the past I would have preferred to support the lake.
After coming to this shop for around four years I can honestly say that The lake is my favorite shop and I tell everyone to go there! However over the the years there have been some less than great employees and I have just chosen to come in on days when those people donât work or go to empire where I wonât be mistreated half the time.
However over the past letâs say six months or so I have noticed that one employee has been getting steadily ruder and ruder to customers. Rolling her eyes when certain people walk in, ignoring direct questions, refusing to help people because she must just be lazy AF. If a customer is undecided and asks a few questions you can bet your going get some snarky comments and a lot of attitude with that juice. A lot of my friends, co-workers and neighbors that I have referred to the lake from other local shops have been treated so rudely by Paige that they have stopped shopping here and at the time I told them to just come in on another day and maybe the experience wasnât bad enough to warrant an awful review. But after my interaction with Paige on Monday night I can 100% believe them, and I am encouraging them to post their experiences.
I have been in customer service and customer service management for around 9 years at this point and there should never be any reason for an EMPLOYEE to make rude and disparaging remarks to a loyal CUSTOMER. It is never an employeeâs place to talk down to a customer and Employees who are rude, indifferent or otherwise offensive to customers should be reprimanded. Depending on the degree of offense, corrective action might include a strict warning, being moved to another department, demotion, a pay cut, or ultimately dismissal. However at this point Paige has crossed the line far to many times and the shop is losing thousands due to customers who refuse to return All who would happily return if she were no longer employed by the lake.

   Read moreCame in to this awesome store around 11:30ish September 4th and was helped the store is clean and well maintained I've been coming here for years sense they opened they have always delivered solid service today was beyond đ good laughs and above expectations couldn't be happier my mod burned my coils and destroyed my juice my fault not the stores I decided to replace the whole top just for kicks and giggles not only did they have the product I needed I extracted my vape juice to my new cartridge and it was fantastic 5 star service and smiles so professional Ashtyn , Cami and Daylynn need raises please recognize that they make it worth coming back Ryan in the past was a homie that had delivered amazing service like these three that need recognition know that they are what make the store great I normally get the Evo drips the wide selection and great customer service is always solid won't go anywhere else thank you so much have a solid day!!    Read moreAbout 13 days ago I had purchased the smok mod pod from The Lake. When it was purchased I was told that If anything went wrong with the vape (not including physical damage) that I had a 15 day warranty on it. Before my 15 days were up my vape wouldn't turn on even on a full battery. I had went into the shop with the receipt to see if I could use the warranty. One of the employees took a look at my vape and told me they wouldn't be able to use the warranty because it had "scratches" on the screen protecter. I took off the screen protecter and showed them that there were not scratches or any sign of physical damage but they still said that I wouldn't be able to use the warranty. This is my screen... and this is it with the screen protecter off. I got no help and now am left with a broken vape when it should have been covered with the warranty they offer.
