Sodalicious — Restaurant in Pleasant Grove

I usually come here twice a day, but I don't really know what to do anymore.... I've been frustrated the last couple times I have been to this location. There has been more than one occasion where I have ordered a SKINNY AK Special (I am Hypoglycemic and cant have tons of sugar, which is why I order the sugar free syrups) and take one sip of it and immediately know they didn't use sugar free syrups. I have brought the drink back inside and explained the situation to them and they would either roll their eyes or seem put out. They would get me a new drink and I would be on my way. Last night I came in and ordered a Skinny AK Special refill in my Sodalicious mug. I get all the way home to find out they made it extra dirty .....I didn't ask for it to be extra dirty. :( I am not one to complain and usually love my experience at Sodalicious, but where this has happened to me more than once, I am wondering if I need to go...

I wake up early most mornings so that I can grab a drink before work, but the swig near me is a little out of the way so I decided to go to this location because it is closer to my work. Three times this week at this location I get there well after it’s open and the cones are still in the drive thru so I can’t get in. The Lobby is closed so I couldn’t get in and when I call to let them know they need to move their cones, it goes straight to voicemail. Today was the last straw because there was a line of three cars waiting for someone to move the cones. Finally the customer in front of me moved them and when we got to the window, there wasn’t even anyone there. It opens at 8 and we were there at 8:15... there needs to be more responsible people working here. I will not be coming back to...

My daughter got a coupon from school for a free 16 oz soda. She was begging me to take her to use it. I used to come here religiously but I stopped coming because this place is expensive and was breaking the bank and I could just go make my own soda for a quarter of the price at the gas station down the street. Anyways I thought what the hell let's go into this place this time (ive only gone through the drive thru) and heck I'll even get my old favorite the pound selfie (# for you hipsters) when I walked into this building I was disgusted... what a trash hole... old food smashed all over the floor. Had a little bit of a funky smell. Looks like it's been awhile since it's been moped. I turned right the hell around and will never order from This location again. Mite catch...
