Listen… I thought I knew what good pie was. Turns out, I’ve been living a lie. This place just redefined dessert for me.

I had the Dutch peach pie, and it was basically sunshine in a crust... crumbly, warm, buttery, and absolutely dangerous because I could’ve eaten the whole thing myself. Then I tried the chocolate peanut butter pie and, well, left me speechless. You'll have to try this one out for yourself. Or dont, save me more. Hands down the best I’ve ever had.

They use fresh fruit that’s in season, and you can taste that love and care in every bite. No shortcuts, just honest-to-goodness, life-changing pie.

We have loved Grapefruit and Thyme since we had to pick up pies from a house in south Provo! So much has changed since then but the flavors have only improved and the ease of ordering too! For the last two years, I make a big order on March 14th (Pi Day!) to share with coworkers. My favorite part about the pies is that they have amazing flavor without being overwhelmingly sweet like you might get at the grocery store bakeries and I love that the crust is so soft. The pies a Fantastic! Not only do they look great, but they have a rich flavor and leave you very satisfied. I’ve tried the savory pies (chicken tomatillo? YES please!) and also the dessert pies (I’ve eaten way too much pie this summer). I’ll keep coming back though because she has new flavors and old favorites each week. I’ve also had her make some cakes for me. BEAUTIFUL! She made my wedding cake 6 1/2 years ago. It was amazing. And tasted soooo good.
