Tractor Supply Co. — Attraction in Plymouth

The people that work here are great. The products are decent even tho a little higher priced than competitors. My issue is with the rewards program farce. I signed up 3+ years ago and they botched up the signup. TSC phone support blamed the cashier/manager for not registering my account so I got no credit for the first year of purchases. Then when they finally straightened things out and I could finally get in online I went into my account online I had purchases I never made. According to support they entered my info wrong and two accounts were pointing at my info. To this day it is not fixed. So huge trust factor when your personal info and CC info is stored and they can't keep...

Had a good experience at this Tractor Supply Store. I'm from out of state and was visiting fam. Stopped by the store to get a few items, but didn't know the store layout for this location. I ran into Daniel and he provided Phenomenal customer service. I would come back again for his help and to know more about the products and things he recommended to me. Super friendly and knows what he is talking about and showed how passionate he is with his job, since he knew where everything was, and I had a little bit of time to spend in here and he was fast and efficient when he helped me. We took a part we needed into the store to make sure we got the right part. The part was for a Cub Cadet mower that I purchased about September 2018 from this same store. Well of course they don't stock the part but they would be happy to order it for us. So they used the item number that was on the part to order it. About 3 weeks later we get a package and we're excited to be able to use our mower. BUT the part was no where near what we needed. So back to TSC we go only to be told they can't get that part.
