I live about a block from this store.
I don't currently own a vehicle, and as we all know, the Pocatello Transit is kind of a joke. They've stayed so small for so long that they don’t even seem to realize how much of their market is being completely untapped. I can only assume it’s because no one in the office has any real sense of ingenuity. It’s a shameful smear in an entrepreneurial state like this.
But I digress—since I rely on the bus to get from point A to B, I’ve had to patronize the nearest option to satisfy my nicotine addiction. (I call it what it is.)
So when I moved here a few months ago, I started shopping at Juicecity Vapor, and what a gift this store has been from the very first visit! A sparkling gem in this Gem State. (Teehee.)
Not only are the staff friendly, knowledgeable, informative, and professional, but their selection is also solid and satisfying.
Price-wise, the vape shop market is pretty volatile—some prices are higher, some lower. But Juicecity Vapor stands out with a generous rewards program, clearance-priced items daily, and their best deal in the store: Mystery Bags! For $35, you get three full-sized disposable mystery vapes, with a chance at a fourth! It’s a steal and a fun way to explore the brands they carry.
Now, a note on something bigger than just one shop: Idaho’s government is considering an outright vaping ban. If you think this is about health, think again. Big Tobacco is behind it. It’s not even subtle. They’re using political maneuvering to appeal to groups that would normally oppose them—playing on the ignorance and personal biases of people who neither smoke nor vape but still feel entitled to control others' choices.
And what happens if they succeed? The independent vaping industry—one of the biggest forces in reducing tobacco use—will be gutted. People will return to smoking, and tobacco companies will thrive. It’s a calculated move, and those cheering for the ban don’t even realize they’re being played like pawns.
Support local vape shops like Juicecity Vapor while you can. They’re more than just businesses; they’re part of a movement that gives people an alternative to cigarettes.
And a special shout-out to Ashley, who made my most recent visit even better with her great attitude and...
Read moreI recently had the unfortunate misfortune of stepping foot into Jucity Vapor, and it was an experience I wouldn't wish upon my worst enemy. From start to finish, this place managed to showcase a level of incompetence and disregard for customer satisfaction that I didn't think was possible.
Let's begin with the most basic expectation: being able to smell the vape juice before purchasing it. But oh no, at Jucity Vapor, apparently, the concept of informed decision-making is foreign. When I politely asked if I could open a bottle to get a whiff of the juice I was about to spend my hard-earned money on, I was met with a resounding "No, if you open it, you buy it." The lady behind the counter informed me that I would simply have to "take her word for it." Well, thank you for the offer, but I'd rather trust my own senses than the sales pitch of someone who apparently believes their nostrils possess a magical ability to predict my taste preferences.
And speaking of words, when I asked whether the juice I was eyeing was clear or dark, I received a confident "clear" as the response. I don't know if this lady was operating on an alternate color spectrum, but the juice I ended up with was most definitely not clear. The art of telling the truth apparently takes a backseat at Jucity Vapor.
Let's not forget the impressive lack of variety they offer. I was on the hunt for coils for my Valyrian device, and surprise, surprise, they were nowhere to be found. A vape shop without proper stock for a commonly used device? Bravo, Jucity Vapor, you've reached a level of ineptitude that should be awarded with a gold medal in disappointment.
In summary, Jucity Vapor managed to deliver an experience so astonishingly subpar that I left wondering if it was all some kind of elaborate prank. If you're into being told what you should like, provided with inaccurate information, and being met with an astonishing lack of product selection, then by all means, this is the place for you. Otherwise, I recommend looking elsewhere for a vape shop that understands the concept of customer satisfaction and basic honesty.
Consider this review a public service announcement to save your time, money, and sanity. Jucity Vapor, you've truly outdone yourselves in the art of being...
Read moreLove this place and their amazing staff! Been going here almost exclusively and it's like visiting friends whenever I do.
Abbey and Wren helped me out in a very clutch situation tonight. My vape went out and I needed something fast but was also very picky with my selection. I was also short on time and had to make my selection over the phone.
Abbey basically read my mind and knew exactly the fix for my ridiculous criteria and I couldn't be happier. She crushed it. Listed a few different models from this stores immense selection and found exactly what I needed!
And last week Wren had my back in a similar situation. I had little time and needed a specific coil and she got it handled no prob!
I was greeted with all smiles and laughs by both these ladies and a big dose of empathy for me having my vape go out at the worst moment. That's one thing I really appreciate about this place is they're genuine and amazing people.
The whole staff is wonderful and they have amazing house juice, a wide array of other brands, and it's spotless inside. I feel like I dirty the store up by being there (and I'm a super clean person).
Amanda and Jeremy always have treated me like a friend over the years and it's what keeps me coming back. I always look forward to seeing everyones smiling faces in there. I don't even stock up as much as i could because i enjoy the weekly visits. And of course now I'm forgetting the name of one of the other ladies that is equally wonderful (will be editing review when it comes to me).
These people are very well trained, display excellent customer service skills and product knowledge. And they care about their customers. It's the best shop in town!
Thank You Guys, God...
