I have been to quite a few In N Out Burgers in California and the ones in this area are definitely lacking. Drive thru lines tend to be long and at peak hours it may be hard to even turn into the parking lot/drive in at this location.
Wait times tend to be pretty long whether you walk up to the window or use drive thru.
The first time I went here, the bun was over toasted and it was almost like chewing a cracker. The next few visits I had here did not have this problem but the quality of the burger and fries seemed subpar to many other locations I’ve visited.
I love in n out and I recommend it to my friends when they visit from out of state, but this location is NOT the In N Out that at its best.
Location is one of the earlier opened locations and this has some history behind it. It is still in its old school set up so a very small cooking/prep area and drive thrus on both sides of it. Maybe half a dozen tables for eating outside. Around 10 total parking spots. A bench to sit at if you decide to walk up to order. No indoor seating!
The employees are all really nice and the...
Read moreI'm still a fan but I'm always looking for a better place. My favorite to date is Farmer Boys, the Farmer's Burger.
Fact: The meat patties at In-N-Out have gotten smaller over the years. The meat is ridiculously thin and NO flavor since it's non-existent. I basically have to order a 3x2 to get the burger taste that I desire and grew up with back in the 80's. My wife made the observation first about a year ago. I didn't believe her until I tried a single meat cheeseburger like she always gets. The bread, lettuce, tomato and spread dwarfed the meat and its flavor. In-N-Out used to be my favorite burger! Quality due to smaller and smaller meat will now send me to Farmer Boys or The Habit Burger, any day of the week. I'll include a photo of In-N-Out vs Farmer Boys (Farmer Burger). Which Burger looks better? Farmer's Burger is way better and meatier. If you're going to do In-N-Out, be sure to do at least a triple. Overall, In-N-Out puts out a...
Read moreI’ve always loved In-N-Out and never had any problems in the past. Today was the first time I left a little disappointed.
When I arrived, I placed my order directly with a nice young lady outside. As I started driving toward the window, about four different employees telling me to go back and order through the intercom. I explained that I had already ordered, and after verifying with the young lady, they apologized.
Then, when I received my food, I noticed the cheese on my burger wasn’t fully melted (photo attached). I mentioned it to the gentleman at the window, but he looked at me confused, almost as if that’s how the cheese is supposed to look. In all my years of going to In-N-Out, I’ve never seen it like that. I didn’t want to explain myself so I just left.
This won’t stop me from coming back, but I hope the team can improve on consistency and communication so customers don’t feel confused or...
