Shopped here last weekend & was concerned that PERHAPS the cashier who "rang me up" had overcharged me (by kind of a LOT), but because I'd bought over 5 bags of stuff & was in a hurry to meet others for dinner, I let it go. However, today I gathered together all the stuff I'd bought there from the 5 bags (I hadn't put them away yet because I wanted to double check the total cost), & compared to my receipt & credit card charge, I WAS indeed WAY over-charged!! I am so ANGRY because the woman who rang me up was moving WAY too FAST! I had to keep bending down, head towards my cart to keep unloading more items from the bottom of my cart up onto the counter, so I was UNABLE to keep a close eye on her "method" of ringing me up, but I sure got the sinking feeling while she was doing it that she was "double & triple counting" some items that I'd only bought one of! I really do think she took GREAT Advantage of my not being able to "follow" what she was doing! At home just now, I so carefully itemized my list of everything I bought at this store, & added it up in 3 different ways, each time, getting a total of $32.86, with tax included. What did my credit card get CHARGED for? A whopping $54.08!!! That's a difference of OVER $21 of products that I did NOT come home with!! Either someone is pocketing some twenties (thanks to innocent parties like me who can't watch their every move!), or else the whole PLACE is in cahoots & "making quite a bit EXTRA" - beyond what they SAY you're paying for your purchases!!

BUYER BEWARE!!! I Rarely shop here, as I live in Pasadena, but have LOVED their amazing DEALS... I HAVE actually felt like I've been over-charged before when I've shopped here, but this last weekend's purchase absolutely CONFIRMS it!

They just LOST a really devoted customer! SHAME on you people for operating your business with such shady, UNethical...

Very very random discount store. Never know what you will find. See something, get it cause it won't be there next time. Like if you agree! (Guess nobody agrees...) Got some stuff at a great price, some stuff not so much. I say come here at least once a month, always find something. Some food is sold after best by date, but not really an issue. What is hilarious is they will have items like 3 months after a holiday, so it feels like they are just really early. Got some Halloween M&Ms in August, is funny. Staff are fine. Okay parking, merch is a little scattered, but go through whole shop, may find something cool, isn't too large anyway. Oh, and my father highly recommends this place. Staff are nice. No known restrooms. Parking, entrance, aisles, and counter...

I used to avoid this store like the plague based on the outside. I was pretty wrong to do so. I have found many, MANY deals and never left the store without a making a purchase. It is a different experience each time you visit based on the goods the owner/buyer secures. Packaged foods are considered "excess inventory" and some nearing "Best Buy" date, but my purchase experiences have always been excellent and quality pretty surprising. Conventional, Organic foods, Hard and Soft goods. It has become my go-to store for Starbucks, Tassimo/Gevalia, Dolce Gusto coffees. Great assortment of Kcups at bargain basement prices....
