Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Pomona

This location is cool. But who ever is cooking needs to pay attention. Or cook better. I came here today asking for the new double bacon Smashburger. Obviously in the image it’s supposed to come with grilled onions, bacon sauce, pickles, and cheese. Whoever made my burger completely forgot the grilled onions Didn’t even think about them. And on another occasion that I came here before this incident, I was given a grilled chicken sandwich with a breast that was so unbelievably dry I couldn’t even put a bite into the sandwich. It is not hard to pay attention to what you are cooking. I suggest they actually put grilled onions on those burgers before they try to sell them to people or else someone might get a little more angry than I am And do something stupid.

Update: I came in today for a breakfast burrito. As we know they got rid of the grands sausage burrito with the hash brown in it, so i asked for a meat lover burrito with hash brown added. That burrito is $6 after i asked to add hashbrown the lady said “that will be $15…” i was like “$15 for a burrito?? I just added hash brown.” She replied “yes because we have to add two hash browns inside” i simply asked “uhm I don’t need two hash browns can you just add one inside?” She said okay. Upon getting my order and walking home I noticed they just put the hash brown on the side and just gave me a burrito. Now i have to open up the burrito and mess it up and add the hash brown in myself. All they need to do is...

I hardly go to Jack in Box, decided to go and get something to eat. While I placing my order, the employee was rude by interrupting me while I was placing my order. When I confronted the employee…. said, “I didn’t appreciate being interrupted” the response I received back was silence. I said, “Well aren’t you going to respond?” Then finally I got response was told “what I can do, I’m by myself.” I didn’t respond, because I didn’t want to say anything that could come back to bite me. Regardless , if you are serving customers you don’t rush them while they’re ordering. They should get more help and not have one person taking orders and payments by their self. Overall, for now I am not planning to go back to that Jack in Box location. I would reconsider going to the Jack in Box, until they improve their customer service and...

I'm a bit stubborn when it comes to french fries being fresh, but the staff here seemingly has no issue with my request for them to be fresh (Compared to other fast food chains being disgruntled). I've been going to this location for a couple years now and the staff has always been nice, so it's a 5 star from me there.

The only reason I give it 4 is because they occasionally mess up orders. I've ordered chicken nuggets a few times only to see a burger in the bag when I get home. Obviously there's always room for error, so I'm personally not upset with them. Just keep in mind that this happens somewhat frequently at this location!
