Love the store and the service! Update review for today 03/18/2025, my wife and I came to the store and tried to sell a bracelet that we bought here more than a year ago, with receipt. Shockingly, the price was less than half of what we paid, even though the gold price on 03/18/2025 is higher than a year ago. Stephanie and Ronny, or the owner, said that was because we had to pay for the labor to make the bracelet. It's really unacceptable and doesn't make sense. I was having chronic battery problems with a fairly high end watch (Concord) and had taken it to multiple fancy jewelers who always told me there was nothing wrong with the watch and I must've gotten bad batteries... It had gotten so bad that I stopped wearing the watch for years because the battery couldn't keep longer than a couple of months.

Golden Times identified the problem that every other jewler I took it to missed (it was missing a small stabilizer for the battery) and fixed it for free for me.

Cannot recommend them...

Best place ever to go get your watch worked on she sells jewelry she's very nice lot of customers coming in and out very pleasant to talk to parking with no problem this owner make me feel so welcome and I know I'll be back also bought a friend in with me she loved it so much she said the same thing thank you for being there for public and me you realize that we are in economy and you're there to help I don't find that too much in companies today but I know your company will be there with a Life Time of Your Life keep up...
