HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE..SINCE THEY MOVED TO NEW LOCATION NOTHING BUT GARBAGE AND ANYTHING NICE IS WAY WAY OVER PRICED. SERVICE IS TERRIBLE, RUDE, RUDE RUDE. SAVE YOURSELF A TRIP! OH AND IF YOU WANT TO SELL ANYTHING THEY WILL DOWN GRADE YOUR VALUABLES AND OFFER NEXT TO NOTHING..AND PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE ANYTHING ON CONSIGNMENT BECAUSE YOU WILL LOSE IT , THIS PLACE CONSTANTLY GETS ROBBED OR SO THEY CLAIM AND IF YOU HAVE NO INSURANCE YOU WILL BE AT A LOSS. VERY SHADY...ALSO THEY WILL SELL YOUR ITEM FOR WHATEVER THEY CAN GET DESPERATELY AND DISREGARD YOUR MARGIN OR AUCTION IT OFF ON EBAY WITHOUT YOUR CONSENT OR LETTING YOU KNOW AND GIVE YOU PENNIES ON YOUR VALUABLE ITEMS IF ANYTHING AT ALL. YOU NEED TO FIGHT WITH THEM FOR EVEN THAT MUCH. A TERRIBLE OPERATION .. DON'T GET INVOLVED WITH THEIR SCAM. IT IS NOT LIKE ANY OTHER ANTIQUE STORE/MALL. THAT'S THE BEST PIECE OF ADVICE I CAN GIVE!!!
*in response to the owner's feedback...I have left 5 star reviews for people and companies who deserve it...your establishment doe NOT!! Furthermore, I think you may have mistaken me for someone else because I do not owe your business anything, in fact I have appraisals for items that were left there in good faith which amount to well over 7k that you are refusing to return to me...this is called theft. Never received a letter from you guys and was told I should bring in more items...this in turn was a ploy for your business to cease more of my assets. Pure BS...YOU GUYS MAKE YOUR MONEY BY RENTING OUT CASES AND CUBICLES AND SPACE THAT NEVER ARE TO THE VENDORS ADVANTAGE, I HAD A CASE THERE FOR ALMOST A YEAR AND MADE $16?? AND THEN I TRY CALLING TO PULL OUT AND KAREN AND RENEE ARE NEVERRRR AROUND TO SPEAK WITH. HIDING BEHIND A COMPUTER TRYING TO GET MORE PPL TO SIGN UP INTO THE SHAM!!! THIS BUSINESS ONLY MAKES IT'S MONEY FROM RIPPING PPL OFF RENTING SPACE OTHER THAN THAT THERE ARE NO SALES. HORRIBLE, YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED TO LEAVE ME A REPLY LIKE THAT WHEN YOU KNOW IT IS AN...
Read moreSeriously you come to this place stand by the register, say excuse and wait to be acknowledged. They don't have customer service at all. If you're on the register, greet the people, make them know you saw them. Besides that, they're like vultures the minute you tell them what you're looking for and how many you want. That does not mean let's charge double because you're buying more. Only because we come dressed in shorts, tshirt and flip flops does not mean we cannot afford it. Twice I've been to this place and they make you feel discriminated and no one helps. Oooh... but if they do.. it's done in a rude manner. The only and true reason why I decided to come back was to purchase more teacups and saucers for my wedding. I said it the first time and repeated it again today. I even told a lady how many I had bought at another antique place and how much I paid. Just to see if someone was willing to work with me. First of all, to this sales person.. LEARN TO LISTEN FIRST!!!. Told you many times I needed certain quantity, didn't matter the style and needed a price. Told you I don't want to start pulling out cups where I'm waiting both of our times. LEARN TO LISTEN!!! No... you didn't and insisted for me to get a cart and start picking out. I once again repeated the question asto why don't you just call the vendor and ask. Finally when you decided TO LISTEN you cupped an attitude and it's when I said f* this place I'm leaving. You knew damn well I was there to purchase more for my wedding. But the service once again left a bad taste in my mouth. What was really unprofessional was the fact that you said oh she probably bought them at $4 she won't make a profit... like wth... don't turn away a customer sp is willing to make an offer. We both know you didn't spend much when you bought it and you shouldn't take advantage ofyou think someone is inexperienced. Looks...
Read moreA little odd… I’ve been to hundreds of antiques malls so I found the management of the mall very odd compared to others. They are moving soon so hopefully some of these practices will be resolved.
When I entered they were friendly and gave me a little slip of paper about booths that were 30% off…the implication was that they were moving soon so less to move.
When I was almost done this woman came up to me with a numbered bracelet and said she would take my items to the front so when I was ready for checkout. I said I was fine and about ready to leave. She said she had to take my items. I ended up getting to the checkout before her.
At checkout my items were all full price even though I had something from the discount booth. They said it only applied to items over $25. When I went to leave the booth did have a small note on the bottom about the $25 min. The small paper upon entry did not. Most antique malls apply discounts to the entire booth. This seemed deceptive.
Further, their automatic sliding doors at the entry did not work and they had installed a handle on them you had to push the heavy door over. Surprised they have been able to do this since it does not meet the fire code or egress requirements especially with the occupancy...
