Anyone who goes shopping should double check your receipt. Sorry for my English because I use google translate.
Today I intend to buy hair color again. The price shown is 5.99 but last time I paid 7.99. But before that I didn't go back to ask because I drove out. After that I walked around and saw sausages so I wanted to buy them because my son likes this brand. Before picking up, I asked my husband why the price of the sausages were different even though they were the same brand. So I considered and looked at the price shown and found out that there was bacon and no bacon. There was bacon for 7.69 but no bacon for 6.99. So I picked up the one with no bacon for 6.99. Then I went to pay and met a female cashier. She scanned the price of the product. The hair color went up to 7.99 again. I told her that the price was wrong. So she went to check the price. The price shown was really 5.99. So I told her that the last time I paid 7.99. She didn't apologize or do anything. After that, she scanned the sausages. The price went up to 7.69. I told her that this price was wrong. So she went to check the price again. She came back and said that this price was correct. So I told her that there were 2 types of sausages. She should check again. But she didn't check and looked dissatisfied. I didn't accept it. It wasn't fair. So she refunded the difference but didn't apologize. Treat me like I'm a picky person. I feel disappointed. I'm a Thai person married to a Brazilian husband. My husband wants to buy things here because he wants to support Brazilians.. Next time we won't go shopping the store. They should have service mind.
Let me respond from my perspective. I understand the difference in products. If you say bacon and non-bacon, the price is different. The sausage I cooked today, I ate the non-bacon sausage (should I pay the price at the store that has the non-bacon price?) and I said that I picked up the sausage in the non-bacon row which is cheaper, you check the sausage shelf, it has bacon and non-bacon, the sausage you put in the right row? Or is the price tag wrong, or did you price it wrong, I picked up 2 packs in the row with the non-bacon price tag and considered the difference between the 2 types of sausage before I went to pay. I dare to confirm because the store often misprices me. It happened to me 2 times, the price shown was different from the price at the checkout, language is not a barrier if she talks to me. I can use google translate if I don't understand or tell my husband to explain if she wants to clear it up. But no, she just said that it was correct and made a face of displeasure.
I think you misunderstood, she didn't refund the difference for the hair color but she refunded the difference for the sausage... as I said before I still insist that I took the sausage without bacon. I noticed the label color is different. How can you still argue that the price is correct according to the shelf, or the barcode is wrong? I don't want a refund but I want it to be correct, the first time I was okay but it happened 2 times about the price discrepancy, I think if I don't look at the receipt and pay accordingly, without me arguing, the shop will charge me the wrong price all the time, which may happen to other customers, but they just don't check the receipt again or don't come to review, for other people they may pass it because it's a small matter but not me.

If we talk like this, it will never end. Let me ask you… there are 2 types of sausages… with bacon and without bacon…… I picked up the sausage without bacon. The price tag on the shelf is 6.99 dollars… when the cashier scanned the barcode, it was 7.69 dollars… which is not the same price. You should check where the mistake is, the tag on the shelf or when the price was set in the system… I want to attach a picture for you to see but it won't attach. The package written"with...
Read moreI made a random stop at a strip mall to add a stop to my GPS. I parked directly in front of Rio's Meat Market. I went inside because I love meat. What a happy accident! Rio's has an excellent selection of meats and sausages, including 3 different kinds of savory Brazilian sausage. (We cooked two kinds today- delicious!) They also had choice t-bone steak, cut 1 1/2" thick (the way steak should be cut). The butcher was very helpful, describing their unique sausages. I asked him for suggestions on what to serve with the t-bone. He showed me a popular Brazilian grain and explained how to serve the grain by mixing it with white rice, onions and tomatoes. Really, Rio's Meat Market is a special place. Also: their market is very clean and well organized; and they appreciate their customers. Prices are competitive, especially considering the high quality of their meat. Go- you won't be...
