As a total escape game fanatic, I’ve played my fair share of rooms—and I can confidently say The Escape Warehouse is my all-time favorite! What sets them apart is their incredible variety of puzzle types. A lot of escape rooms tend to be too lock-heavy, but not here. These rooms include magnetic puzzles, object placement challenges, voice commands, turning mechanisms, audio/visual effects, and tactile clues. Every room requires real team coordination, and there’s no shortage of heart-pounding thrills. The storylines are immersive and creative, and the set designs are beyond impressive—loaded with intricate details, secret spaces, and even areas to crawl and climb through! You really feel like you’re part of the story. Plus, the rooms are spacious and thoughtfully laid out, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. Another bonus? They have large lockers to store your belongings securely, so you can focus entirely on the game. If you love escape games or just want to try the best of the best, The Escape Warehouse is a must-visit. I can’t wait to come back!

We have done quite a few rooms, New Orleans, Metairie, Elmwood, Baton Rouge, Pigeon Forge, Georgia, Canada and we absolutely love these games. Unidentified has to be my favorite room while Hide and Seek was just as much fun. I was in awe by the rooms. Escape warehouses definitely is equivalence to 13th Gate! The staff is extremely friendly and eager to help. My only suggestion is maybe more clocks in unidentified for timing. Very well themed and detailed. By far has to be one of the best rooms I’ve been too. ā¤ļø how everyone is involved & not waiting for a key lock to be opened! Will definitely be back…. Just waiting for games #3 & #4!!! Seriously keep up the Great work!! Your fans can’t wait šŸ¤šŸ¤šŸ¤ If you need some people to test out your upcoming rooms, pick me pick me!!! We have a party of 6 that would love to help. 😘 Love y’all

My team and I from Southern California booked this company’s games on a whim. They were on the way to our hotel, so why not play them? OH MY GOD!!! The five of us have played an average of 150 escape rooms, and these games BLEW US AWAY! Hide and Seek was a perfect concoction of tough puzzles with an ever expanding set, and I mean that last point to the fullest extent. Our second game, Mystery Gates, was just ridiculous from the very start. Without spoiling anything, this room had us feeling like we were outside to an extent that we haven’t ever had. (Both games did that, in fact.) Do not hesitate, just book BOTH of these games and play them as soon as you can. Special thanks to Catherine for putting up with five annoying escape room enthusiasts from California. We will absolutely be returning.

We went back today for my son to play UNIDENTIFIED and Austin happened to be there again and was our gamemaster. He remembered my entire family's name and made us feel so welcome and was so happy to see us back again my wife has said she never wants to do a game here without Austin due to his amazing service. We can't wait to see him again in the fall when the new game opens. Austin is the best gamemaster ever and always makes us feel special and welcome. My son loved him and was super happy to talk to him for help in the game.

We recently had the pleasure of visiting the Escape Warehouse in Ponchatoula, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we stepped foot into the warehouse, we knew we were in for a treat. The atmosphere was immersive, and the attention to detail in the room design was impressive.

However, what truly made our visit exceptional was our game master, Austin. From the very beginning, it was evident that he was passionate about what he does. He greeted us with a warm smile and an infectious enthusiasm that set the tone for the entire adventure. Austin's energy and dedication to creating a memorable experience were truly commendable.

Throughout the game, Austin's guidance and clues were perfectly timed, allowing us to stay engaged and thoroughly enjoy each step of the challenge. His ability to balance between providing hints when we needed them and allowing us to figure things out on our own added an extra layer of excitement and satisfaction to the overall experience. It was evident that he had a deep understanding of the game and the puzzles, making him an invaluable asset to the Escape Warehouse team.

Austin's professionalism and friendly demeanor made us feel comfortable and encouraged us to fully immerse ourselves in the game. He created an environment that fostered teamwork and collaboration among our group, which ultimately enhanced the fun and excitement.

We were so impressed with Austin's game mastering skills that we decided to book the second game of the day just to have him guide us again. It speaks volumes about his abilities when we were willing to go through the adventure a second time in a single day.

The Escape Warehouse in Ponchatoula is a true gem, and Austin played a significant role in making our visit extraordinary. If you're looking for an exhilarating escape room experience, I highly recommend this place. And if you're lucky enough to have Austin as your game master, you're in for an even more remarkable adventure. Trust me, he will go above and beyond to ensure you have an unforgettable time.

Thank you, Austin, and the entire Escape Warehouse team, for the amazing experience. We can't wait to visit again and see what other incredible...

I don’t even know where to start with how amazing of a time our group had playing all the rooms here. My husband and I have completed over 200 escape rooms and were playing with our friends who have completed over 100 each. Our group of 4 does a lot of rooms together and this has one of our top 5 rooms (Shhh!). Matt was fantastic as a game master and seemed to genuinely enjoy spending time with us after each room to discuss it, which is something I really enjoy and always appreciate of the staff. It was cool playing all three and seeing the theming that was creatively woven through all rooms. In addition, the cluing in the rooms is fantastic, meaning we only had to ask for assistance once.

We started with Unidentified. If you are newer to escape rooms and/or are playing with kids and can only do one room, I would recommend this. It was so fun and had elements/puzzles we’ve never seen in any other room. And that’s hard to find for us! It was very immersive. If you are a seasoned escaper, take your time in this room or you will finish with a significant amount of time left (which is great if you are going for records but otherwise there is no need to go fast).

Next we did Hide & Seek. This room is proof that you don’t need to have a huge budget or blockbuster set design to make a great room. The room was very immersive and realistic for the story. We enjoyed the puzzles. It was our least favorite of the three, but that’s only because the others are so good. This room was still a lot of fun if you want a little bit more of a challenge than Unidentified but aren’t quite up for Shhh!

Now, on to Shhh!. We LOVED this room. It was one of the most immersive rooms we have played in terms of feeling like you are literally inside a school. Although it was creepy due to the theme and special effects, and there’s a lot of darkness, we didn’t find it scary. So don’t let that stop you from playing it when you read the description. There are so many fun and different puzzles to solve. Like all the rooms, they are super creative and original in both the design of the room as well as things to solve. I can’t recommend it enough.

We came from out-of-state and will make a trip back when they eventually open a few more rooms. They...

I'll be honest, my brother invited me to go here and I wasn't sure what to expect. Ponchatoula isn't known for much of anything that I'm aware of, let alone escape rooms. I've been to roughly 15 or so places across the US and then 2-3 abroad in Korea. This is genuinely one of my favorite places I've been to.

Theming: 4.5/5. Would give 5/5 if not for 13th Gate Escape. Overall, theming was some of the best I've seen.

Puzzles: 4.5/5. A few of them are a bit too easy, but overall I think there is a great balance in the puzzles where it felt they could be solved by a variety of skill levels.

Logan: 10/5. Literally one of, if not, the best game guides I've ever had. From the moment we walked in, I could tell that Logan knew his stuff and was genuinely interested in not only watching us play, but ensuring we just had a good time. He knew exactly what we needed, when, and how. He even remembered the smallest little details about our experience. I can't recommend Logan specifically enough haha. It's rare for me to ask for a workers name, but I felt like he was memorable enough to warrant an entire section in my review šŸ˜‚

Anyways, we ended up coming back so I've done all three now. My order is:

Hide and Seek Shhhh! Unidentified

All were solid imo, but I recommend Hide and Seek the most (if you can only do 1). I think it's worth doing at least 2 if you can, especially since there is a connected storyline between the 3...
