Service was great for initial purchase and delivery crew deserve 5 stars for sure. We went back twice to purchase additional furniture because we were so happy. Only 2 reasons for not giving 5 overall. First.. we bought our stuff 5 or 6 weeks before delivery yet we still didn't get everything with our first load.. a bit disappointed with that but last pc did show a week later... Main reason though was when we went back to purchase more we were sent away TWICE because the sales lady we dealt with for our initial purchase wasn't there. I'm assuming they are paid on commission but from our end it's a real inconvenience to drive into town only to have them say no we don't want your thousand dollar purchase right now. After second trip my wife just told them we weren't making a third try. Seems like they could have just sold it to us and worked it out. We were buying an additional couch that we already had 1. It was on invoice we had in hand seems like it should have been simple to order another. Even after that we still will go back for more as we need it. The crew that came out with first two deliveries have been above 5 stars though! They more then make up for any additional cost versus ordering online or buying out of town. They were so professional and helpful. We just moved in and driveway was very overgrown and hard to get around.. boxes everywhere in house and half furniture went up a tight stairwell with 90° bend in it. They just said no problem and handled it taking extra care not to scratch anything. They even moved our mattress that we had purchased from Angeles years ago up those stairs! Over all we will definitely be doing more business with Angeles Furniture between the quality of product, ease of purchase, and that great delivery service they are worth every penny we spent there. If I could give 4.5 stars I would... Just don't feel like I should leave a 5 star after the hassle we had when trying to buy more. Being a small town, we are so fortunate to have such a quality furniture store as Angeles Furniture. We were looking for a sofa and loveseat for our home which is close to 100 yrs. old. I was skeptical if we would find a style which would fit our classical home. Of course we did! Ben our sales representative was just wonderful...kind, observant, informative and in tune with our needs. He gave us time to pick fabric (samples went home with us), explained why one brand rather than another would accommodate our specific needs. Best of all NO PRESSURE! Angeles fit our budget, has a payment plan with no interest for 90 days, provides delivery and taking our previous furniture with them. Additionally, Ben has taken every phone call post purchase. High marks from us on our experience. An amazing selection of Amish furniture and Stressless chairs, and all were high quality. We also.found two mattresses that exceeded our expectations. Since we had never purchased this type of furniture, we were at a loss on where to begin. Alaina provided that knowledge and low-pressure assistance, as well as information on furniture maintence and care. She was incredibly helpful, and we walked away with a 5-star feeling and confidence across the board. They also were honest about the wait times, but it was worth the wait.
