Was looking forward to using this office but had several red flags that caused me to switch after one appointment. For one, it took me 2 days to make my appointment after calling over and over and the phone ringing for several minutes each time. (Photo: march 20) They then put me with a doctor that I didn’t request after waiting 4 weeks for my appt and said it’s because i need to see all the doctors. You get there and there are about 6 front desk staff sitting there so there’s no reason the phone wait times should be what they are. There’s also no line to reach a nurse if you have any concerns during pregnancy. So they put you on hold again if you do. My actual appointment was a cluster and was completely disorganized. Waited 45 minutes to be seen. The doctor debated with me the cause of my infertility when I told her what we went through. She then told me during my ultrasound that the baby was not 12 weeks after silently seeming concerned for 5 minutes while she moved the probe around. Anyone would be freaking out that they’re miscarrying. Unnecessary because i was 8 weeks and she just needed to read the chart. Finally, I asked her during the appt to swab me for a specific infection. She did. 2 weeks later the results were for other things and the infection I specifically requested said “test not performed” (photo: labcorp) I called the office and waited another 20 minutes (photo: may 7th) for them to answer and tell me I needed to come back in. A 30 minute drive and several mistakes. Instead, I switched medical practices and called to cancel my next appointment. Waited another 12 mins for them to put me with someone to cancel. Avoid this doctor and his equally inconsiderate office staff. My sister had stomach pain with bleeding, Dr. Grube prescribed her medication for a UTI. When the med. did not agree with her and presented horrible side effects. She found the old med. she took last year in Arizona for a UTI, so she called and asked if he could prescribe that med. she took last year for a UTI, which agreed with her. The front desk checked with him and said he would get back to her. They never did. She called back to see what was going to be done, and was kept on the phone for over an hour. She called back and was put on hold until their office closed, with no coming back to the phone from the rude front desk person. As they suggested, she went to the ER, who never saw her for the problem, so she, as well as everyone else left the ER facility in Daytona Beach after waiting for 7 hours. The next day she went to the ER in Port Orange and was seen and given tests. After a diagnosis of either a UTI and/or a kidney stone, she took the med. they prescribed. She waited for Dr. Grube to contact her back, since they more than likely received the test results from the ER, but the call never came. Now we both received emails about setting up our next appointments. I emailed them back, only to find out it was not received due to a No Reply setup. I have been trying to reach them everyday to advise them we are no longer patients of Dr. Grube and found a great doctor (Dr. Bishay), who cares about her patients. I just now phoned twice only to be put on hold, then actually disconnected. Guess we will have to physically go into their office to be sure they do not hold us to those appointments, and then get billed for not showing. Stay far away from this group, they have to be the worst in all Florida. No concerns for the patient, with a rude and nasty office staff. These people should never be in the medical field, they have no regard for you or me...

I only went to Grube because he was the only Dr. my insurance would allow, and from the very beginning I had to jump through hoops to get treatment. He wouldn't even sign a simple piece of paper for my G.I. specialist to start administering medication for my Crohn's because quote "I don't know enough about it", so I had to wait til I ended up in the ER with complications twice before I finally was able to get the treatment I needed, which was far too late. Every time I brought up his name in the hospital to someone that worked with him, I was immediately told to continue to expect him to do nothing, because that's who he is. Yesterday I show up just barely late because of ride complications and a poorly programmed red light that made me sit through 3 cycles, and after standing in the lobby for 4 minutes before being acknowledged, I'm told I'm 2 minutes to the cut off, so I'll have to reschedule. Needless to say I flipped out, especially since I'm immunocompromised and they're expecting me to put myself at risk TWICE now for an appointment that easily could be done by teledoc. But of course the spineless putz still had plenty of time to get a discharge paper made up and signed before I even got home because I made sure his entire office was told he's a useless POS. If you have any other options, go to them instead. Grube is nothing more than a glorified notary that can't be bothered to care for his patients, just...
