I do not know how they have such great reviews. I came to them for help BECAUSE of the positive reviews and how "quick and professional" they supposedly were. On 09/22/23, I called for an estimate to get my boyfriend's Switch Lite fixed (I needed both white joysticks and the screen replaced from wear/scratches). The owner Adam who I spoke with on the phone first. We both confirmed the Switch Lite color and parts needed over the phone, and he sounded very confident at the time. He sent me an invoice through email because I had to pre-pay for the services and he said as soon as it is paid, he would order parts. I came to the store (09/25/23) and paid cash for the parts, an employee named Edwin helped me pay in store, and then he said I didn't need a receipt because its all in the store computer. ALSO, they had my phone number wrong, so I gave Edwin the right number in person. They did not ask to see the Switch Lite in advance, so I didn't bring it in yet. I left, waiting for them to call me to tell me the parts had arrived and to bring the Switch Lite to the store. There was no call. I got an automated email (09/30/23) asking how the device is doing after repair and asking for a review, so I called them next business day (10/02/23) and spoke with Edwin. He sounded obviously flustered and frustrated when I told him what happened. He told me that he was ordering the parts at that very moment and that when he took the payment from me in person, it was marked as "completed product" instead of "in progress"??? He proceeded to call me 4 separate times in less than 30 minutes to ask me all the specifications of the Switch Lite that I already spoke with Adam about in the first phone call. At that point, I felt nervous and not very confident in their quality of care, but I already paid!!! So I waited until the parts arrived and brought it in (Thursday 10/5/23). They told me it would only take about 1-2 days to fix and that they would call as soon as it is done. I got no call, so I waited until Wednesday 10/18/23 (13 DAYS!!) to call THEM and ask kindly why it's taking longer than they said it would. Edwin then finally told me that when he opened up the Switch Lite Friday (10/6/23), there was a tiny part that broke inside that is super hard to replace and hard to find anywhere on the market online/in store anywhere. Edwin told me they would get it fixed at no charge, and that they ordered the part from 4 or so different places (even though it's so hard to find/get). I waited as patiently as I could and called them again on Monday 10/30/23 literally 12 days later asking for an update. Still no progress. Adam took over the repair, he said that the display screen was not working even with the new parts and everything "fixed". 11/20/23 nearly another MONTH later, Adam emailed me stating he was trying to call me with the number on file. I called back, they had the wrong number again. He said he ordered more parts and had a used Switch Lite in the meantime for us that we couldn't even use because we could not transfer our data from the old Switch Lite to the other. I kept getting no answers every time I called. He shipped the Switch Lite to some other special location that apparently could do something more, so I wait longer and called back about every 7-10 days until 12/30/23, another month later, when I finally got a phone call from a newer employee stating that the Switch Lite was fixed and ready to go. We got there and the Switch Lite was pretty trashed; all of the screws were completely stripped, some spots missing screws, the shell of the Switch Lite was partially open and exposing the insides because it couldn't screw completely shut, it had "new" joysticks that were visibly dirty and looked like cheap knock-off's, comparing it to the used Switch Lite we got from him while waiting for ours. We told him we wanted to transfer our old data onto the one he gave us as a replacement. Adam agreed and apologized for the trouble. The day after the battery was replaced, the front face camera had bubbles (due to humidity caused by the heater they used to open the phone) and the Face ID function did not work. In addition, the mic when using speakerphone did not work. I took it back and explained this to Brad (I believe thatās his name). He immediately said they were not responsible for the damage because they didnāt change those parts. Correct⦠You did not change those parts, you DAMAGED those parts while changing the battery. This person also lied when he said he had used the glue and the screen sealer of the phone that I brought. How do I know? ⦠When I was explaining what was wrong with the phone, after he had changed the battery, he became rude and aggressive and almost screaming at me in front of another client. Then the owner showed up and asked him to go to the back room. He also told him he shouldnāt be speaking and treating clients like that ⦠screaming and not even listening to what I had to say. I explained to the owner what happened then he asked Brad to open the phone and show it to me. Thatās when I saw how he had poorly installed the new battery as and there was no glue attached to it (to hold the battery on its place) and he didnāt installed the screen sealer which I provided too (brand new). Then the owner said to me: we donāt install those screen sealers here! and that is not what Brad told me the day prior. He said: yes, I used everything you brought including the glue and screen sealer. What a LIAR dishonest person! So I took my phone and left the place and I told the owner. You lose business because of bad customer service and poor quality of work. In both cases: they provided horrendous service and poor quality of work. So I took my phone to the Apple Store for an estimate. They quote me $400 to replace the battery, and fix the speaker mic, and clean the mess these people did. So, PLEASE take your business someplace else and avoid yourself a headache and being treated so poorly and disrespectful. I DO NOT recommend this...

I made it perfectly clear to these people has dual boot on my laptop all I wanted was a memory upgrade and the files and programs itself should stay.
Instead they promised they said they had experience that they could do it. Just for the sale of course. But they constantly had problems and constantly told me theyād figure it out for two weeks after promising two days.
Then when I came to get today Iām fuming , really trying to control myslef. But it was mess they said they backup ed my programs none of them were backed all of my programs are corrupted on the windows side
And my dual boot is non existent so I have to create a new dual boot. I mean seriously this is unacceptable in all shapes and forms from professional tech fixing company.
Hey Dalton and whoever the technician else was , go back to learning your skill because you are not ready to work on more complex laptop situations
Disappointed and they left my computer in a worst situation then I had left it. Never will use them again. That truly shows how careless they were with my laptop and now I will spend time myslef downloading everything back again trying to fix the screw up they made.
Hereās some advice
Actually consult the customer talk and find out their needs , talk about the dual boot the hard drives etc. To be absolutely sure you can do it. And not just say it and then have these situations happen again cause they will happen again.
My scenario is definitely not one off but a underlying pattern of how terrible the techs are in solving problems and keeping your electronics in a good state.
