Peach Valley Cafe — Restaurant in Port Orange

I called to speak to the manager Sara; I wasn't aware that the manager in Ormond Beach was her husband. Basically, the waitress Cheryl decided to sit down for a half hour on the clock and talk with another table. Then the complementary desert was thrown in my face; "we didn't charge you"!!! My omelet was made incorrectly and Cheryl said I'll remove the charge for cheese; instead of having it remade "correctly"!!! The booth wasn't wiped down clean. They had several issues with their credit card machine. This used to be a great place to go. Being belittled by Sara the manager and then her husband Luis; clearly demonstrates the lack of professionalism and great customer service. Until the so called manager called me; I was charged for poor service... He never apologized for his staff rude service; just wanted the money...

I am "GLUTEN-FREE AND INTOLERANT" he claimed he cooked the breakfast himself!!!

The order placed by the waitress; was placed incorrectly; I am now in pain!!!

He didn't want to refund my money but extend a refund to another customer!!!

The general manager argues with customers with the manager Sara....

Just wanted to charge my credit card; HAD NO SIMPLY TO MY GLUTEN-FREE ALLERY AND BLAMED IT ON ME...

STATING I SHOULD HAVE TOLD THE WAITRESS "I WAS SEVERELY ALLERGIC"!!!

I AM NOW IN IN PAIN AND NO REFUND...

He was more than happy to extend the refund to a customer coming back in on Friday; "INSTEAD OF ISSUING ME A REFUND TO MY CREDIT CARD"!!!

I TOLD HIM I WILL NEVER RETURN...

CAUTION.... ALLERGY SUFFERERS BE WARE OF THIS PLACE....

Ordered the Greek omelette today. Everything was fine until I found speckled orange paper in my omelette. The server brought the plate back to the kitchen, but then brought the same plate back to the table saying the manager claimed it was part of the skin of the roasted red peppers. However the paper was bright orange, perfectly speckled, and ripped like paper, while roasted red peppers are dark red with random black spots. I understand not bringing back an English muffin which was the side as I had saved it to eat while waiting for my food to be recooked but I still had half a plate of potatoes. She brought me back an omelette, but that was it. No half plate of potatoes to eat with it or anything. Honestly can't blame the server as it's ultimately not her fault, but the manager is completely incompetent and doesn't know how to run a restaurant. We also never received our apple fritters that we ordered. I was absolutely disgusted that I was tried to be convinced to eat paper, and then have an incomplete plate served, and be treated as if their mistake is my fault. Unacceptable. Go to a different restaurant with better quality food, kitchen, and manager where you won't be convinced...

My server was completely annoyed with me and couldn’t get me out the door quick enough. I always get the shrimp and grits but wanted to try something different today. I ordered roast beef hash thinking it would come diced up and was surprised when it came out with huge chunks of meat. My server kindly offered to exchange it if I don’t like it so I took her up on it before even touching it because I knew I couldn’t eat it. My senses have been messed up since COVID and I struggle with meats I can’t blend with other foods and disguise the smell of. From that moment on I felt she was just disgusted with my presence. She came to the tables around me twice to get checks and drinks and I couldn’t get her to look my way for a coffee refill and didn’t want to be rude and call out to her.
