Mattress Mart — Attraction in Portage

I had visited the store on two different occasions. The first time was when we were just shopping around for a new mattress and wanted to see what was out there. We dealt with Patrick and he was very helpful, knowledgeable, and made the process feel more like a conversation then someone just shoving information down your throat and aggressively pursuing a sale. A few weeks later I had made up my mind and returned to the store to purchase my mattress. On this occasion I worked with Guss Morey and he too was very helpful. Guss was very knowledgeable and did a great job of suggesting and explaining to us the benefits of things like a platform board for the bed and a mattress protector. All in all I was very happy with my experience at mattress mart and am eagerly awaiting the delivery...

I just bought a mattress from Mattress Mart last week, and I can’t say enough great things about how helpful and accommodating my salesperson Guss has been. First, he asked what my budget was and directed me to the mattresses to test out first. When I found the mattress I loved, he told me it was quite a bit under my max budget, and he was not pushy AT ALL to try to get me to spend more money. He was friendly and a complete professional. He then scheduled a delivery that was convenient for me. Several days after the delivery, I called and asked for a different box spring (low-profile instead of standard height), and he was able to have them deliver the new box spring the same day at no additional charge! I can’t say enough wonderful things about Guss and Mattress Mart....

Awesome experience, if you can call mattress shopping and experience. They were the 1st place we stopped but I knew we'd probably be back. We went to several other stores before we returned. I've already forgot his name, but the owner was there and answered all our questions. We got an excellent deal on a full size mattress/box spring set and had it delivered and set on the frame the next day, for free! He was even kind enough to have the delivery drivers bring us a wheel we were missing from our frame, again for free! Delivery was painless, they showed up when they said they would and brought it into the bedroom. I missed the whole thing while I was in the restroom lol. Highly recommend, prices are as good as...
