Enjoyed a decent breakfast visit this morning (5/4/2025) while visiting from Virginia. We were greeted warmly and seated promptly, which was appreciated. We ordered the 2-2-2 Breakfast, and it hit the spot—simple and satisfying. The service was friendly, though we did notice a recurring issue: several of the waitstaff, including our own server, spent extended periods in the back, watching the kitchen pass for food rather than attending to guests in the dining area. At times, the entire floor was left without a visible server for several minutes, leaving some guests waiting for attention. From my seat, I had a clear view into the kitchen and observed this pattern throughout our visit. Unfortunately, I also saw two separate parties leave after sitting for about five minutes without being acknowledged—missed opportunities that could easily be prevented with more attentive floor presence. The staff seems capable and courteous, but could benefit from a little refocus on table service during peak times. Respectfully, Dr. K. King

The restaurant is clean. We had to wear masks to our table, of course. Waitress was very nice and knowledgeable. I ordered the spinach and mushroom omelet. Very, very good. My husband ordered the Colorado omelet. He said it was very good. The only critique I would have is, I wish they would have ground sausage instead of chopped up links or patties. As much business as they have, ground sausage would definitely be an added incentive. They have real, fresh mushrooms, not canned. Thank goodness. I would definitely go again. Thank you IHOP for a great meal and friendly visit.

It was horrible. We had never been there so we went . I actually hate myself for not getting up after our drinks came. All the dishes were 12.99 at least .350 for a glass of pop. 6.16 for a plain slice of French toast, and we had to pay 2.65 xtra for toast with our eggs. I asked our server for some cinnamon sugar and she said they were out. The French toast was cold . It was the worst thing we could have done with 30.oo. shame on them and me.

I have never written a negative review about a place until I walked in this establishment. The first time I ever visited, I ordered a curbside order through the app. I called the number to notify them I was there, and was immediately cut off by a rude woman telling me to come inside and then hangs up on me. I go inside and the woman is giving me attitude, asking why I’m in there and rudely asking to see my order conformation. When I got my pickup order, the strawberries tastes sour and looked expired and the food was honestly terrible. The second time I went in, I ordered another pickup order for a waffle hoping to try something else to see if it was better. The employees were nicer this time, but were goofing off in the back and ended up breaking glass all over the floor. I went to the bathroom and the entire area smelled like a sewage backup, I’m not exaggerating. The entire place is sticky, with tiles coming off the floor, nasty bathrooms, and foul smells. This place seriously needs to be investigated and shut down because there is no reason the bathrooms should be smelling that atrocious. The smell wasn’t even in the bathrooms themselves but was even seeping out into the dining area. I wouldn’t doubt theres some serious food safety issues going on here. As a note, this place is downright expensive for the quality and amount of food you’re getting. I paid $11 for a single waffle. Why should I spend the money here to be greeted with bad service, unclean facilities, and concerning smells. You’re much better off going to a family breakfast diner thats much cleaner and you’re paying $5 for homemade food thats better. I will never eat here again and I encourage families to find other places to eat. You’re going to spend less and have better food. Management should be ashamed of themselves. This place is disgusting and needs serious changes and cleaning. I find it funny how IHOP parades about being greeted with great service when you end up with rude employees and expired, chemical tasting food. Please, If you’re reading this go to some family owned diner and stop supporting these...

Me and my wife has been there 3 different times and every time we have been there the food was really good. But the service is terrible and we had a different server every time we have been in there. We've talked to the manager the first time and second time that we have been in there and all she said was that she was sorry. We told her that the food was really good but the server did not come to our table and check on us at all. I tried to get his attention because I wanted more coffee he looked my way and didn't say or do anything. I had to ask another server and she was very polite and got me more coffee. But yesterday morning was the last time we went there and the older lady that was our server was very rude to my wife and when I asked for more coffee she brought a pitcher of coffee but when I poured some into my cup and took a sip expecting it to be hot is was cold almost like she just grabbed a pitcher that was sitting on another table for a while that still had coffee in it and put it on our table and she said here is some fresh coffee for you. Then I seen the manager and told her my coffee was cold so she grabbed the pitcher and brought me another pitcher of hot coffee and she picked up the cup of cold coffee and said that she would bring me another cup and then she set the cup of cold coffee back on our table and walked to another table and never got me another cup. I had to take the creamer out of the bowl that they were in and dumped the cold coffee out of the cup in to the bowl just so I could get more coffee. When the manager walked back by 10 minutes later and seen I dumped the cold coffee into the creamer bowl she gave me a dirty look. So we got our bill took it to the register and paid for our breakfast and walked out. Yesterday was the third and last time we will be there. All because of...

Rating two stars for a few different reasons. First, please don't put a burger on your menu if you cant perfect it. I'll take some responsibility for my own disappointment, because why order a burger at the house of pancakes? My fault. But seriously, it was pretty bad. Dry burger, stiff bun, and mushy fries. Secondly, the service. I've been here three times, and three times have been disappointed. Long, long, waits for seating. Long waits for beverages, order taking, all of it. Just long. Trying to pay for your meal while the entire waiting area is crammed up with grouchy, hungry patrons, waiting for their turn to be presumably disappointed with bad food and slow service. Next, is the open kitchen area. Staff everywhere, screaming and yelling at each other in Spanish makes for an awkward and uncomfortable dining experience. A complete mess in clear view to anyone dining on either side of this area. Finally, The treatment from the staff makes you feel like they just need to get you in, get you fed, and get you the heck out. I have never had an enjoyable experience here. They have earned two stars from me for leaving the entire carafe of coffee on the table, which is nice because you don't have to wait for a coffee refill. (Probably the only thing you don't have to wait for for extended periods of time here). Another star for their syrup and coffee creamer flavor varieties. Different flavor syrups left at each table for self service, and options for vanilla, hazelnut, or regular creamer. I've never had the pancakes. I am not a fan of pancakes, but my kids (2 and 4) seem to approve of them. They do have some fun kid's menu options, that has been incorporated and considered into their rating as well. I Won't be giving them a...
