The service really sold this place for me. I had a fun conversation with a very pleasant employee. She did a great job explaining the history of the restaurant, since it was my first time there, and what they offered, such as Michigan grown produce. She recommended several options that she liked, and that were popular with customers. I think her name was Elanor, but could be wrong. She had blonde hair and was in high school, she said. Very bubbly and chatty, but in a pleasant way. She talked about how much she liked working for this family-owned business. I remember been an employee while in high school and I remeber how much I wish customers that would say good things about my service to my face would reach out to my manager and let them know that I was doing a good job, so that's what I'm trying to do here. She deserves a raise.

Read moreThe service here is atrocious! My fellow Co workers order out twice a month (as a company). We called Jersey Giant's and spoke with the owner. He gave us his most you up to date menu. We place our order the next day. In just over day he raised his prices by 75 cents each sub! When we talked to him about it he told us he didn't need our business and if we didn't like it we can leave! This is NOT good business. I've never had his subs and nor will I ever. How can you treat people like this. If you have menus that you are handing out don't just say that they are up to date make sure that they are!
