"Dr." Salti's behavior and personality is very SALTY, to say the least. I've recently had the most traumatic, unprofessional and bizarre experience at a med spa ever. According to her website, she's a Registered Nurse Practitioner and not a MD in the United States. I feel she's misrepresenting herself.
If you have a Groupon for their services, you're considered low priority vs nonGroupon clients according to the scheduler. An agreement they've made with Groupon apparently and you won't get an appt. until 2 months later. That's right, they made me wait two months!
This so-called "doctor" had the worst bedside manner. She was rude, argumentative, and borderline combative during my visit. The worst level of customer service I've ever experienced.
She knew I had a Groupon for 20 units of botox and she was telling me that I needed double the amount of what I paid and wanted. She kept saying it won't work with 20 units, which I know is a lie. No doctor or nurse has ever said this to me previously. I tried to explain to her multiple times (basically repeating myself) that I don't need more and wanted a natural look. I can tell she was getting cranky and frustrated explaining why I needed more because I wouldn't agree and give in to the higher dosage. From my experience, most doctors and medical professionals listen to their patients/clients patiently. I didn't want my face frozen and spackled. What she was saying didn't make sense nor align with the previous doctors/nurses I've visited. I only get 20 units or less and never had side effects.
The unprofessionalism of this office and this so-called doctor's bedside manner is difficult to tolerate even with a Groupon. Their business model seems to be to get you in with a Groupon and then eagerly upsell you on the services and dosage whether you need/want it or not. If you don't agree with her recommendations, she'll refuse service. In fact, I'm learning, I'm one of many they've tried to take advantage of in similar situations. Check out BBB.org and it's not an accredited business.
I waited 2 months for this appt and drove a long distance and I was willing to sign a waiver, but she was so argumentative and combative during our conversation, she didn't allow me to sign it. She was extremely defensive and disrespectful of me as a customer and did not listen to what I wanted.
In the end, she refused service and basically kicked me out of the office and told me to go elsewhere all because I wouldn't agree to buy more units to freeze my face.
Salti's response to my review only proves my point of her argumentative and combative nature as she's trying to skew the truth and still unwilling to listen to customers. I have never been treated this poorly. I strive to be respectful and courteous to everyone.
She'd much rather try to make the customers feel inadequate or claim it's the customers' fault. In reality, this business refuses to acknowledge or take any accountability for its rude and disrespectful behavior and bad customer service. Don't be fooled. Read the other negative reviews and her responses, they're all similar to mine.

Read moreFIRST REVIEW: I am so disappointed. I purchased 3-4 separate packages of 6 for laser hair removal and I was pregnant and had to stop 1 treatment in because of the pregnancy, and than nursing after. I made sure and spoke to the people there that I would not lose my packages since it would be awhile before I could resume my treatments. Few years later I call to resume and they told me I lost all my packages even though they ensured me I wouldn’t lose them that they understand women get pregnant and that’s not a reason for me to lose my packages. Now I call and they tell me they no longer even do laser even though the website says they do and don’t want to make the situation right. This is so hurtful the customer service they have. Very unprofessional just told me I lost all 18 packages of laser hair removal and that’s it.
SECOND REVIEW: *After they called me to remove my review and offered multiple times Botox and fillers which I kindly refused because I told them I am young and don’t need to do that, she still insisted to do it that she is young too…and I said I would simply like a refund or maybe other services like a facial or micro needling, she said they cannot offer that because Sarah is a seperate business. Even though we know the owner is Sarah’s mom. They could make things right if they wanted to. I was reassured at the time by two employees who were much more kind and less argumentative reassured me that they too understand pregnancy, and reassured me they too were mothers and said at the time, to get through the pregnancy and finish breastfeeding and to call them back when I was ready to resume my laser hair removal treatments. Fast forward 2025 after being pregnant twice…I am ready to resume, and it’s all new staff who argue with you and tell you well that’s too bad the staff told you that years ago, we are different employees and you signed a contract that says must use in 12 months. I guess they really are heartless and careless to busy working moms who yes get pregnant and breastfeed and cannot come back and fulfill within that “12” month period. All my money lost. Will never recommend this place and my mom Otilia Braescu who has been a client also you have lost her business just hearing how heartless your customer service is.
*Girls make sure if you plan on getting pregnant just know you will lose your packages because you chose to bring life...
Read morePlease beware of this place. I have no idea why it has a 4-star review, I was fooled and that is why I went. Either they are fake, paid for or they have gone down hill.
First off, I didnt have my form completed, so they gave me a ipad to fill out and put me in a room (after them running very late that day). I hit the "back button" on the ipad and realized I have EVERYONES Protected health information, name, apt time, etc. All in my hands, in a closed room. Working in healthcare, I know this is a violation of HIPAA. Did I say something- absolutely. The guy at the front desk could have cared less. I wanted to walk out and my biggest regret is I didnt!
She never introduced herself, I dont know her name (still). She was very rude and rushed. Again, I should have walked out. Then, she asked what my Botox goal was- I told her an eye lift, some forehead wrinkles gone and she told me it couldnt be done. Having gone to an ND for 5 yrs, who had done this, I was surprised by her continuing rude attitude and told her; "if she didnt think she could do it, I was happy to leave". Again- should have left. NOW THE WORST PART OF IT- she started injecting me willy-nilly. I am used to the ND drawing dots on my head. Then, three days later my eye brows are drooping over my eyes. So much so, I can barely see out of my left eye. Kinda looks like someone punched my in my eye- like it is swollen as well. Both brows are paralyzed and I have a frozen forehead- which is exactly what I didnt want. I wanted an eye lift. I have Burt from Sesame Street's eye brows! Wish I never had gone- I was much happier with how I looked prior to this! I have my family reunion, this week. My eyes/brows are drooping soo much, I had to shave my eye brows off and draw fake ones on 1' further up on my forehead. I have never felt so ugly. Please run. If you choose to go there- dont say you were not warned. There is nothing I can do but wait 12 weeks for the effects to wear off. I cant even look at myself in the mirror- I truly look like I have a facial deformity. Bad review for HIPAA violations, rudeness and...
