This place is absolutely awful. The customer service is completely non-existent! They're constantly understaffed, as they have their own employees call in sick all the time... I'm assuming because the management staff is unbearable to work with...? It's the only thing I can think of that would be the cause for so many different employees to not only call in sick so often leaving certain managers to work alone all the time but also quit their jobs entirely from what I'm told by staff is the cause for their single employee nights. (Which, according to management, is supposedly the reason that they are unable to accommodate normal drive-thru speed for a fast food restaurant). The staff here lacks ANY customer service skills AT ALL, WHATSOEVER! Not to mention their store is absolutely disgustingly dirty. Especially in the cook's area! If you ever were to take a look at the floor or the amount of dust and grime that accumulates in the bathrooms and in the kitchen where near the food is prepared, it's absolutely disgusting! I would NOT RECOMMEND this place to ANYBODY! NOT EVEN MY WORST ENEMY! The fact that there's no management system of checks and balances has come into play in this place is amazing to me! It surprises me that I can have MORE THAN ONE INSTANCE where I have had SEVERAL COMPLICATIONS with my meal and have the managers have the AUDACITY to ACCUSE ME of making up stories! IT'S LUDACRIS! ALL BECAUSE THEIR EMPLOYEES made a mistake! IT is just insane to me! I don't know WHAT HAPPENED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE, BUT APPARENTLY IT WAS NEVER TAUGHT HERE!? WHAT HAPPENED TO the customer I ALWAYS BEING RIGHT!? APPARENTLY you don't have to have any kind of training in order to become a manager at Jack In The Box.

I arrived around 10:30 am on a Tuesday, and there were two Hispanic women working. One was at the counter, so I approached her with a friendly attitude and asked to order two tacos. Instead of taking my order, she just stared at me and walked away to the kitchen. It would have been nice if she had said something like, "Someone will be right with you." After waiting at the counter for about 10 minutes, another lady, who clearly saw me the whole time, finally came over to take my order. The place wasn’t even busy, no drive-thru orders or customers in the lobby. I really don’t understand why they were so slow.
I ordered my two tacos and paid, but after 25 minutes, they still weren’t ready. I asked about my order, and then they finally brought it out, but it was two Jumbo Jacks instead of the tacos I ordered. The girl who took my order checked in the back and tried to cover it up. When I asked what happened, she just said, "Oh, nothing," and started talking to her coworker in Spanish about putting my tacos in the fryer quickly. They didn’t apologize or anything, and I had to wait another five minutes for my food.
The cashier noticed my frustration and started acting rude, even though I hadn’t said anything else while waiting. She kept making snarky comments. When my food was finally ready, I just took it and left, feeling like I needed to write a review to share my experience.
I won’t be returning here anytime soon. Their employees definitely need...

Women first could not understand I tried use the app and had me come to window, still couldn't figure out what I was saying, oh and OMG boarded up drive thru window. And she literally wiped her nose with hand and laughed at me when I made a comment. This is completely NOT OK! I WILL BE REPORTING TO BBB AND OSHA!! P.S. Dec. 23, 2022 Received what I believe is "Auto Response" If you truly are the owner, I want to see action!! The place really needs to be closed, use this time, now through first of the year, and START FROM SCRATCH!! Fix all building issues, that means have BIO GRADE CLEANERS COME CLEAN! Repair all damaged "windows, doors, Speakers, cameras, etc.... Hire ALL AND I MEAN ALL new staff. I know this sounds like a lot of work, but being a business owner, especially in the food industry IS HARD WORK!! You can't possibly be proud of your business the way it is now!!! So many people dream of being able to own and operate a business, a franchise that has the backing of a Globally Financially Secure Brand behind them! Reach out to other franchise owners, to corporate office for help!!
