Line this place for big lots dollar tree and hometown buffet. Tge people at buffet are always awesome rarely see a bad mood no matter how busy they are, lik little steep to make a habit of our on my budget but the deals and coupons on their app help make it a once a week to every other week treat for good ole joe homeless 1966 here. Only complaint about dollar tree is the staff is hit and miss. Get along fine with most of them but the lc's are a bit obvious abd it gets old being watched like a hawk every time i go in for smoked oysters and kippers which they arrests seem to have one but not the other. Only bad time was my gf had some things on a hand basket and wanted a cig so she put it in my cart. The woman that was manager bout a year ago storms up demanding to look in my backpack. When i asked writ quite a bit more nicely than she deserved she said where's the things you picked up at the end of aisle yada ya I said sitting where i put them. I usually don't go shopping as I have most of my items delivered these days, but I had some time to kill before I took a ride back home.

It seems are doing quite a bit of remodeling here and the only stores in the area seem to be a Dollar tree and a fitness gym along with Radha A gentle dental and this wonderful Japanese place.

There is an active security patrol and it shows because the place is very clean.

It also feels very safe and of course I was here during the daytime.

It seems they're doing a bit of your modeling for some of these old stores because this was the previous location of a HomeTown buffet supposedly.

There are also a few small mini shops on the other side of the strip.

Parking is plentiful and safe. There's also a Providence imaging center here so it seems that this is going to become more of a medical complex in the future

Wish I had more to say but many of the stores are being remodeled as of November 2024.

The jewel here really is the Japanese restaurant so if you're in the area highly recommend...

Mall 205 has become a bigger urban campground than any legitimate campground in Oregon that I've ever been to. There are people with tents that have been completely encased in tarps and have outhouses set up outside of them. The police drive by them and say nothing and watching how they are treating the property there is truly discouraging for any homeowners who are having their property value destroyed because of these people and the lack of concern are city managers have for us.
