Went to 99 ranch up here in Portland metro off I 205, in the "Mall 205 shopping plaza". I have been to 99 Ranch before in Washington and in Portland so the size here is adequate for the area and compared to the other asian markets off 82nd ave. Some stores in Washington are bigger but there's just enough for what you need! There is a bakery, meat department and see food department. The seafood was either fresh or freshly put on ice after being slaughtered. It was pretty busy at 12pm on Saturday when my family and I went.
There signs displayed for the $20 off coupons are for x2 $10 off $35+ order for online pickup / delivery only, I was mislead from the sign. I will obviously use them before the three weeks are up when you sign up as a first time user. I have to use my coupon before 10/17/25. The lady at check out felt rushed and was trying to get me to pay asap get the line going and I missunderstood the coupons as in store coupons The senior discount is on Tuesdays. I didn't read the fine print, but the discount sign was only at the register, no where else. I still highly recommend you all go here.I was just throwing off about the coupons and...
Read moreI just wanted some salmon and stuff, but I was treated like a criminal for not signing up the Ranch99 account in order to use my $5 coupon. To be honest, when this location was opened, the staff was really nice and they didn't "REQUIRED" a Ranch99 account/membership to use the $5 coupon. Luckily I think this is the only cashier that treats me like this so far. (I removed the name on receipts to protect you, but you know who you are.)
If your location want to enforce the rule for coupons to require Ranch99 account/membership, at least train them so they don't treat customer like trash when they're forced to sign up for an account to use your stupid coupon.
In Beaverton, we just get coupons, and use it right away at the bakery or deli. It was perfect, no hassle.
Why give physical coupons if you "require" people to have an Ranch99 account/membership to use the coupon anyways. Just pop them a digital coupon on first sign up and then have then scan their account for further purchases like the app...
Read moreI liked the store layout and friendly staffs. Great customer service. I was soooo disappointed that there are no hot deli and the bakery. I was so excited to come here for the Peking duck but I was disappointed that there were no hot deli for me to get my Peking duck and a fresh baked pastries . Now I have to drive all the way to Beaverton to get my Peking duck. This is the only 99 Ranch store that has no Dell and Bakery. I hope they will add the Deli and the bakery in the future otherwise they will missed out all the customers whose like to get hot foods and pastries to the Beaverton store. I would love to give a 5 stars if this store offers exactly like the one in...
