Loved getting my permanent bracelet! I’ve bought Grayling jewelry on their website but it was my first visit to their location. The shop was adorable, the staff was friendly, not at all pushy, and helped us pick the best options for each of us. The welding process was quick and painless and it was such a fun friends outing to add to our trip. When I first heard about permanent jewelry I loved the idea but thought it might bug me to have it on all the time, but it’s so lightweight I don’t notice it at all, and it adds the perfect little touch to everyday outfits. I had a beyond wonderful experience here today. They were able to get me in same-day for permanent jewelry and both Shannon and Cira were so kind and lovely. Cira installed my jewelry and was patient and sweet. She really cared about me and how I preferred my jewelry to fit. I could have gotten one of everything but I limited myself lol. I left with four beautiful gold pieces AND they fixed a permanent chain I had gotten from a different jeweler without me even having to ask for it. Arrived to our appointment very early and they were extremely accommodating!! All associates were very knowledgable, helpful, and patient to all customers in the store. After finishing our permanent bracelets I asked for advice on adjusting my personal necklace and pendant and the employee helping us spent extra time trying to figure out a solution for me free of charge.
