El Nutri Taco — Restaurant in Portland

Came here pre-pandemic and finally remembered to get off my chiseled stank to write this review. Better over a year later than never, as the kids always say. A few years ago I made the horrible decision to grow a conscious and go vegan. Needless to say, my taste buds have been wanting to find me in a dark alley ever since. Luckily while strutting around town I stumbled across El Nutri Taco. I got the wet burrito and vegan nachos. Pretty sure I got something else, (ya boy can eat) but it was all a sloppy, delicious, and horrific blur. For all I know I ate a deep fried foot covered in vegan cheese (the one true cheese), but if they made it, it would be a delicious leg-hand. This space is the place because it's in a great location. I order food from here multiple times a week! Absolutely love it and highly recommend, especially for anyone who needs vegan substitutions. I was unfortunately over charged through the grub hub delivery for an “addition” that actually came with the burrito already. they don’t have the protein selection in the check out screen for the Lazy breakfast burrito, although it says it comes with a meat selection. By having to put what protein you want for the breakfast burrito in the comment box, I was charged an extra three dollars after I already checked out. Something to look out for if ordering through grub hub and it’s much easier to just call in and order...

I decided to stop by today after reading all the reviews. Honestly my first impression was not good at all... I ordered 2 Tortas and 6 Tacos to go and when my order was ready I got 2 tacos with 6 tacos to go.... food was good. The main reason I was disappointed is because I had to wait another 10 minutes for them to make the order correctly and my tacos got cold.
