Grayling Jewelry — Attraction in Portland

Just got home from my appointment to get an endless piece! They offer bracelets, anklets, and necklaces. I opted for a necklace. They have a number of options for sterling silver and 14k gold plated as well as a few solid gold chain choices it was hard to choose which chain to get because they were all cute and so shiny. ✨

Aside from my indecisive nature the actual appointment was quick and the process was painless (literally and figuratively lol). I was able to browse around and also picked up a cutie middie (?) Ring. I've always been interested in wearing and styling rings on my fingers like the cool kids but it's hard to find size inclusive rings that are affordable and cute. I was happy to see that greyling went up to a size 14, and I'm sure they could make it happen for anyone who cannot find their size in store.

Wow, customer service taken to the next level! I came home tonight to find a necklace that the women at Grayling sent me after a recent visit to the shop. I have purchased a number of items over the years and when I was in the shop recently I casually mentioned an issue I have had with some pieces. They always mention that if there is any issue to bring things in but that's just hard for me. Tonight I received in the mail the piece I was admiring during my recent visit with a special note to me. I literally almost cried, it was just so touching/surprising! I felt so considered and respected as a customer. I'm not sure what is driving the culture of this shop but it always feels so wonderful when I visit and it appears that the employees are all very sincere in their dedication to serving customers and providing high quality jewelry. I very rarely leave reviews on places, mostly because I forget but I really wanted to come on here and leave an amazing review for this place. I went in about a month ago with my boyfriend to get permanent bracelets. From the moment we walked in to leaving, not once did I feel anything but happy for my decision to chose them. From the choices, to the prices, to the customer service, they were so wonderful. I have told so many people to go to them for permanent jewelry. Our bracelets are one month old and still going strong. We both work with our hands and have 3 toddlers. They're as strong as the day we got them. I also purchased a ring for my mom while I was there, she has worn it everyday. 10/10 would recommend here if you're looking for a jewelry place in Portland.
