Service: My wife and I both had the signature massage at $120 each.
Pros: extremely friendly staff, had the men's locker room/steam room to myself, tranquil relaxation room with incredibly comfortable chairs, extras like aromatherapy/heat pads were a nice touch.
Cons: largest one was that you have to wear masks when facing up during the massage. We've had dozens of massages throughout the pandemic and this is the only time we experienced that requirement. I get the therapists wearing them, but reducing your 02 during a massage eliminates the health benefit and prevents relaxation. Steam room in the women's locker room was out of service. Massage quality was average. The men's locker room is more a large bathroom with a steam room that doubles as the shower. The water feature in the relaxation room was out of service.
Takeaway: for the same price per massage we've paid at resorts with soaking tubs and saunas we expected a facility with more amenities, a higher quality massage, and not to have to wear a mask during the service. I have family members who love this spa so maybe you'll like it, but...

They had a calcellation and therefore had to change my appointment which was one thing but they confirmed both appointments after the fact for 3 pm that day for 2 appointments . Then they called at 1:55 PM and said it was for 2 PM after it was to late to get there by 2 PM and then wanted to charge me for a missed appointment when I never calcelled...They did. All of this steamed from M.T. that called in sick . I get it, people get sick. When I originally set up the appointment they sent me a confirmation text which would have bern indicated here especially since they made the change in the schedule they but did not send me one and I resumed as if we had appointments for 3 PM. They did not s nd and updated text confirmation and wanted to charge me for a missed appointment based on their notes. My word against theirs right? They did the cancellation when I was on my drive into town and had no time to find another facility and it would have dissappounted others who were meeting me for a massage Not thrilled about...
Read moreI booked a spa day for myself and my fiancé months in advance to be scheduled for the week before our wedding. When we arrived at our scheduled time, they had mixed up scheduling and had us on the books for the following month. The receptionist disappeared for several minutes then returned to us and said, "We apologize for this mix-up. I have made some phone calls and I have staff available to come in to give you your massages, facials, and waxing. These services will be completely complimentary, so you don't have to pay a thing." When we returned for our new appointment a few hours later, we had exceptional service from the staff and left feeling totally rejuvenated.
