Update : 11/14/2021. The same night the guy who rang me up called me back and he apologized for overcharge. He said he can refund me whenever I come back.
So today we went back, after last time we were overcharged. The gentleman at the counter was very understanding, luckily the guy who rang us over last time was also in the store as well. And they apologized and reimbursed us.
What actually happened was that last time when we were going back and forth until we all done with our shopping, the cashier—in order to avoid creating a big line has rang other customer up and then we went back to his counter. In that process he rang us up for the other customer’s order. We end up paying for the other customer’s order.
Also, partially I was in fault too, I should have noticed that from the beginning and reviewed my receipt before leaving the store. Not after 20 minuted driving away from the store. Anyhow we got reimbursed today, food is great because whenever I buy from them it is always fresh and never disappointing.
Big thanks for the guy who rang us up and still remembered the transaction after 2 month has passed from our transaction. We still recommend this place. But maybe check your receipt before leaving the store not after 20 minutes later of shopping. So you will save yourself and others headache.

Read moreThis used to be our favorite neighborhood grocery store. Wonderful owner and service. This morning when I walked into the store, all the employees were unmasked. In the store there was also a 5, 6 year old unmasked that sneezed around the food. I was shocked by the fact that everyone was unmasked but I thought they will put on the mask when I approach the counter. That wasn't the case. The woman who approached the counter to check out was unmasked and remained unmasked. I was so confused with the fact that she is unmasked that I forgot I have the option to leave my groceries and walk out as soon as I realized that she is going to be unmasked two feet away from me, indoor, with a sneezing child around. I really regret not walking out. I don't know if the store changed the owner (it looks and feels very different inside than pre Covid), but if a business has a large sign on the door asking customers to wear a mask, then the employees should do the same. What a...
Read moreBeware, the owners of this business are scammers. They own multiple businesses, Royal House & Events, and Russian Elegant Food. They used my bother in-law, who is located in a foreign country to do digital work for their social media & marketing purposes. He was promised to be paid $450 for the job, but was never paid due to the owners error. After contacting Western Union they told us that the owners sent the payment to the wrong country. The owner refused to take the responsibility to fix his error and pay my-brother-in law, who completed the work back in February. I was born & raised in Oregon and seeing new businesses like Royal House & Events & Russian Elegant food come to Oregon and rip off foreigners really breaks my heart. My brother-in law’s work is still displayed on their Facebook search for 'Royal House David'. The only way this company got caught, is because I live in Oregon and married an Uzbek woman, who's brother...
