Ive been a regular at this location for a few years now. They were great when i worked as a delivery driver. They're just as great when i come in as a customer.

Their spanish rice is delicious. I don't know what they do but i will spend about 12$ for a tray of rice and it lasts a few days as a comp to other dishes i prepare at home.

That being said, their bean and cheese burritos are awesome.

One slight criticism is whenever ive gotten a carne asada burrito, or fries there's always a couple pieces of gristle in the beef. The flavors usually excellent but its obvious they're using a low cost supplier for the beef. I also know there's been supply issues for a lot of places, hence why they still keep the 5th star in my review.

The kitchen knows what they're doing. Flavor is delicious. But they could use a higher quality supplier for the beef. Just being honest.

Front of house gets you taken care of in a timely manner. They're not very chatty or sociable. But lets be honest. You're paying for a fast food meal. You're not paying for the cashier to be your best friend.

Cleanliness has never seemed to be lacking but ill be honest. Since covid, i get all my food to-go. So im not the one to ask about the in-house...

Machas is always pretty good food. They have a big menu but they are missing some of my favorites. It is like fast food without the taste of Taco Bell. I did notice while we were eating tonight that the refried beans were very, very grey. I'm not sure what was up with that. They tasted fine, they just looked weird. The big fish tank in the middle of the restaurant is cool I guess but pretty outdated. Very clean, inside and out though so that's good. There is nothing worse than eating next to a dirty fish tank. Chinese restaurants, take note. My food was good. Nothing spectacular. You can tell that the cooks don't LOVE their jobs, they are just there to make the food the way they are supposed to and collect a check. I guess I shouldn't expect much more. Muchas Gracias is still one of my family's go to for a...

Employee was very rude when ordering. Had to explain my order multiple times which was not a complicated order at all(muchas fries with a few toppings). I was charged 16 dollars for an order that is normally 6 at other locations. The order wasnโ€™t ever close to right when I got home and finally got to eating it. Definitely not a satisfied customer I will never be going back and recommend this for others as well. Steer clear of this place unless your a drunk person that doesnโ€™t care what your eating and donโ€™t notice how much theyโ€™re charging you. I normally donโ€™t leave any bad reviews anywhere I go ever but this experience was exceptional bad. Please, who ever is running this place. You need to look into how your employees are treating your customers. This...

I was driving through, and decided to have dinner here. I order an Oregon burrito and fish taco. The burrito was wrapped very good. The burrito tasted pretty good until I got it to the end of one burrito, it had nothing but meat on the bottom which tasted very dry. The fish taco did not have enough of their sauce and the fish was very small, but it was crispy. The hot sauce and condiments tasted pretty authentic Mexican. I have had this burrito and taco in the past and it was made good.. My guess is cook probably didn't prepare good enough. Feel free to come try for yourself to see if you like.

I spent $16 for nachos. I asked them to add pickled jalapenos, they proceeded to put a ridiculous amount of fresh jalapenos and pretty much ruined my $16 DOLLAR NACHOS. (photo for reference, there was that much or more still on the nachos) To the cook: c'mon bro. To the owner: your employees are wasting food and increasing your food cost. This kind of thing over time can cost you thousands. Maybe it's time to have a chat with your cooks? To anyone who's thinking of eating here, it's pretty good food, pretty fast, but quite expensive for what you get.
