Ichi 15 Teriyaki — Restaurant in Portland

I was hoping for a good spicy pork meal with steamed rice. I ordered it with no veggies as I am on blood thinners and restaurants like these always put a crap load of broccoli on stir fry. It was like I insulted the hostess, she questioned me and I had to repeat my request twice. Even with that I did tip quite nicely since I know they are trying to make a living. I live on the west side and was looking forward to the spicy pork. When I finally got home I had to heat it up and then sat down to eat and found the first bite quite chewy. I just let it pass as a miss while trimming the meat during prep. However, as I progressed through the meal, I found most of pork the same. I promised myself few times I'd never eat at an Asian place due to poor quality. I just dropped in for a meal after my tan and feel like I'm going to vomit my entire stomach. I ordered chicken and broccoli but instead got some dark looking rubbery meat with mixed veggies. I ate because I was so hungry. I feel like I'll end up in emergency room. This has been my experience with Asian cuisine except panda. I'll never eat here again. How can these places stay in business? We tried this place tonight for the first time looking for a new teriyaki place because our old one has gone downhill . We ordered food to go and the woman there was honestly one of the nicest people! She was so sweet, you just want to go back just because of her.... sounds strange, but wait till you meet her! She had us try the soup while our food was prepared. We got home and was surprised at how fresh the salad (that came with the meal) was. It wasn't from a bag, it was fresh! The teriyaki was good too.
