San Rafael Shopping Center — Attraction in Portland

Love all the places in this little area but it's just unfortunate that it's in a bad part of town so when you go to any of the places here there's no bathroom use because of all the druggies shooting their blood on the ceilings with their needles leaving all their utensils behind I mean come on if you're going to use drugs in the bathroom at least hide them there's kids that use those bathrooms and then the privilege gets ruined for everybody and that's really selfish if you're going to be a 💊💉📍user no big deal but be responsible one and clean up after yourself now look what you have done for everybody else I go in there with my kid and my kid can't even use the bathroom and has to hold it which in return unfortunately is the reason why I don't shop here anymore unless I absolutely have to but I always remember that I can't use the bathroom but I will say the people at the hardware store those people in there are genuine people really helpful most of them are knowledgeable there's a couple Wanderers but that's okay but now for AutoZone those people are complete jerks and I'm sure they're sick and tired of all the thief's that go in there and all the drug usage and everything else but you know what that's the area that you're in not everybody that goes in there has the same issues regardless we're all human beings we should be treated equally but in this day in age people are so judgemental and stereotype right away very unfortunate now the teriyaki food in this area is some of the best teriyaki around that whole area and the liquor store the people there are great and very very helpful and knowledgeable so that's my opinion on the whole area that right there thank you for taking the time to read this thumbs up if you appreciate it or like🖒🖒✏🖊🛒 last important thing for the businesses that are here with the bathrooms they are so many people that need jobs and I'm not going to let you all get off the hook I think it's quite lazy that you guys choose to punish the customers because of the drug usage or whatever it may be in the bathrooms that's going on for you guys to shut the bathrooms down for public usage there are so many people that need jobs it should be your job to make sure that those places are sterilized and safe to use for the customers it might be extra work but that's your guys's responsibility it's not fair that you punish all your customers because you guys don't want to clean up the mess or the damage from the people that use the bathrooms completely not fair and it should be illegal you guys know us a law for you to have a bathroom but then you close it down and use the loophole quit being lazy open your bathrooms to your customers because seriously I know so many people that would shop in those places but we all refuse to because there's no bathroom usage so think about that one you should really take that in consideration I'm highly offended as a paying customer which I have spent more than enough your business is and I should be able to use the bathroom it was not fair when my kid was about to pee their pants and I had to make them hold it as I had $300 worth of merchandise sitting in my shopping cart and my son had to hold it and almost peed his pants we had to run to Burgerville just ridiculous unethical things need to be changed and done a different way there's always going to be people that vandalize damage in Miss he's the bathrooms there's always going to be customers that need to use those bathrooms pay the workers or a worker or a company to make sure that those bathrooms are sanitize cleaned and ready to use don't punish us...

Nice place to shop. Plenty of parking spaces and a fairly open parking lot. Only downside is security can be a bit overzealous if you spend too much time in the parking lot. I've had them Jake me while waiting for someone to finish shopping at WinCo while I smoked a cigarette. Despite not behaving erratically, wearing clean and well fitting clothing, and not bothering any of the other patrons they felt the need to tell me that I couldn't be on the property unless I was shopping at one of the businesses even though I was with someone that was shopping, even if I wasn't with them at that exact moment. They still insisted on me leaving after explaining that I was waiting on someone who was inside shopping. They managed to ruin an otherwise pleasant visit all in order to prevent me from smoking a cigarette while waiting outside for a friend. To me this was extremely hostile and unnecessary behavior...

Winco is one of my favorite places to shop. They always save me money when I shop there.

The store was pretty busy but they planned for that and made wide isles where needed.

The produce section was well stocked and fresh.

The deli department was busy but it running smoothly, we didn't have any wait.

The dairy department was well stocked.

Even the grocery department had everything we looked for. It seems the supply chain problems don't exist at Winco. In reality it's more of a management problem at the other stores. Not here. It was a well run store.

As we checked out, it was obvious that the cashier was having a bad day... she shouldn't have shared it with me.

The parking lot was clean but quite full. The shopping carts were a bit lacking but there was one for us.
