We don't normally go to Starbucks, more a Dutch family. My 4 year old daughter was asking for water, so we found the closest place to us, this Starbucks. (in the drive thru) we asked how much it would be for a small water. She kept asking if we wanted a tall latte, then asked if we wanted a tall latte and a tall water. We finally got her to understand that we were only interested in a small water, and wanted to know how much it would be. She wouldn't answer our question, just said (very sarcastically) see you up here. When we got to the window she shoved a small water at us and said have a nice day. My husband was in the middle of asking how much it would be, so he asked again and she just said, again, have a nice day, and went back about her business like we had been an inconvenience. Read moreI’m a frequent visitor of this location, and most of my visits go well. However on occasion some particular employees have shown the utmost disrespect to me and my religion. I am profoundly and deeply offended by their attitude towards me. To specify, Francis and a lady named Brooklyn were especially bothered by my very existence, along with some other more “work” employees. I am ashamed that these employees would even make it known that they were affected by my religion? It looked like they were intensely upset by me just being a part of a religious community, but some employees were really nice to me about it and would even talk to me about God which I appreciate wholeheartedly. It’s preposterous that you guys cant appreciate ALL communities and people? Just the new-age ones? Teach your employees better, this is very important to me. Read moreI really liked this place but their staff must have recently changed because the coffee has been awful for a few days in a row that I’ve gone. My shots were sitting on the bottom of an iced espresso and they tasted burnt. My caramel macchiato looked like an iced americano yesterday, I have no idea how it got so messed up other than just not wanting to open a new almond milk container but they remade it for me perfectly when I went back. Just tired of wasting time and drinks being thrown away.
Update: as an old Starbucks partner years ago I have to say I’m extremely disappointed with how they train on making the drinks. They never mix the shots properly and the shaken espressos are NEVER shaken. Do they train about dead shots here?? This puts a cherry on top of never going to...
