0/5. The drinks were fine not great, not terrible but the customer service was absolutely unacceptable. We walked in and weren’t greeted at all. Not asking anyone to go above and beyond for a minimum wage job, but at the very least act like you know how to have a normal human interaction.

The staff served up the kind of dead-eyed Gen Z stare that makes you wonder if basic courtesy has been outlawed. When we left, we said thank you twice and were met with nothing but silence and the kind of blank stares that scream “I’d rather be anywhere but here.” Rude, unprofessional, and honestly embarrassing for a business trying to survive in a city full of better options. Plenty of places serve boba in this city and almost all of them treat their customers better than this. Save your money and your time. Won’t be back.

This place needs to find literally anyone else to work the counter who knows a modicum of customer service. Drinks aren’t worth the attitude....

Summary - cute and delicious boba place to hit up with friends, families, or loved ones.

Food/drinks - lots of good options to choose from that are reasonably priced. Also contains desserts and food options if you’re hungry.

Service - can be fast but depending on who is at the ordering station, there can be a slight miscommunication chance.

Atmosphere - interior is decorated very cutely with decent sitting options. Might be situated a lil to close to other people but still good nonetheless.

Lovation - lowkey bad because it’s kinda hidden away towards the end of corner from one POV. But street wise, you can for sure see where it’s located. Parking is doable.

Overall - would recommend getting the roasted rice milk tea and the tropical fruit tea (at the second to lowest sugar lvl bc 50% was...

instantly my favorite coffee place ever (at most, it's tied with java man coffee but that's too far out of my way to go often). first found out on the way home from class, and I got the coconut phin latte. its so so so good–even the cups are higher quality than other places. i recently tried their pistachio matcha latte and honestly I think it takes the cake. little more expensive then other places but it is so worth it, their drinks are awesome.
