Aprisa Mexican Cuisine — Restaurant in Portland

Came through moments ago, around 8:25pm. Attempted to get a steak burrito at the level the Shrimp burrito was at, the only other time I've been here.

The person running mic may have no heard me or something but they ignored my requests in favor of sticking to the script, dare I not say tomatillo sauce, I was asked heat level twice, as if almost to tonally correct me. Okay let's go with the script sorry. This tone stayed through payment process, then I made it home 5 min later. I asked for guacamole, didn't get it. I asked for cheese, didn't get it, well maybe it might have been apart of the white smoothed over mash at the bottom - that I think was supposed to be rice. I did stress no lettuce, it's always a bad idea to have hot lettuce in my option, funny enough, I did get the lettuce I didn't ask for. It was pretty bad, and I am not sure there was any sauce either, but to be honest it might be hard to detect. The steak was flavorless and cold.

I have no idea what happened, or, how could anyone afford to be this bad. Maybe because it was closing in 35 min? I really liked the shrimp burrito last time I was here, which was also the first time, it had everything I asked for. So that's average score of 2 stars. I grew up in the adjacent neighborhood across the tracks I remember as a kid walking two little spots in the neighborhood and boy do I wish this was here when I was a kid/teen. So visiting many years ago, I stumbled across this little spot that caught my eye I was super excited to see some Hispanic cuisine in the area I probably tried this place almost 6+ years ago And although I live super far every time I’ve driven by I always go there if it’s open not only is the food incredible. It’s fresh and you can tell and the customer service which is most important to me as a waitress service industry myself give them 10 stars a funny thing is I went there today, but I remember I had a literal nightmare that this place had closed and when I was driving by today, I was like “what if it wasn’t a dream”!! lol 😳🙈🤣 Luckiky it was & I got to enjoy this incredible gem of a spot. I wish their hours were open later, but that just makes it all the more special when I get to eat there Keep up the good work guys! Five stars for Food...

Fantastic! We used Aprisa's catering service for an impromptu firm event and it was universally loved. Not only was the food great, but they pulled it off in less than 12 hours! Really amazing.

We often have events catered and they require some advanced planning. I can confidently say Aprisa is one of the best we've ever used. Excellent communication and guidance in helping us plan.

Call them. Use them. Recommend them. They are on the Firm's list of go to caterers. All orders are important, but when you are in a professional environment and need to ensure that it will happen and happen well, it's great to know it will.
