The shop has small stands and small shelves but has loots of product to see. The Weed I saw seems to be home grown or bought commercially state to state based off the packages they had on the counters, don't get any pre rolls! they are not real, probably cbd or delta 8, from other customers reviews all other products are not worth the money or the time to consume. The products are more then likely broken, out of date or counterfeit. The Pre-rolls seem hand rolled with machine or press. the "weed" itself is harsh letting me know it is cbd or delta by the taste of a slight mint, or resembles bud that is not taken care, it kind of burns you when you smoke. The store was very strong smelling of weed due to the large bags of real bud, I came out skunky for about 30 mins. seeing as the laws for medical weed in VA is kind of iffy right not, I would not consider this place a regular spot. only for emergencies. reminded me of back home in Detroit, like I hit up a friend for some quick stuff. I wouldn't spend tons here. This place would be an absolute last resort for me. I haven’t been here yet, but I have a medical card and as far as I know Cannabist is the only dispensary company in the Hampton roads area allowed to sell medical marijuana!! The photos provided for this location are clearly fake and don’t lineup with each other.

If you’re trying to buy real marijuana or anything with real marijuana in it, you need to get a medical recommendation. You do not need a medical card anymore. You just need a medical recommendation from a doctor which you can make an appointment with online for $99. I live in chespeake, but been staying in ptown and when I found out about this place I'm there every couple days. You do have to show an ID and get wanded before you come in. Totally understand, have no issue with it especially when I walked in and they have bags of flower on the table. I love the cherry slushie. They have 3 different sizes, 3 different prices and each of them have different amounts of weed in them. They also have grape flavored. One of the prerolls I got knocked me on my ass. I couldn't even smoke all of it at once. With it being 420 tomorrow I am going today to buy some actual flower to see how that is. The employees are very polite and down to earth.
