Lincoln Village Plaza Shopping Center — Attraction in Prairie Township

Rude workers! This was my experience this past friday::;They wouldnt answer the phone, keep hanging up on me. They would answer and quickly hang up without saying anything. So the 4th time i called. ( and i was calling because i placed an order online & 5 mins before my order was ready, it got cancelled?) So i was calling to find out why. Anyway, when i actually got someone on the phone, the girl was short and so completely rude? Couldnt tell me why my order got cancelled. Said they were super busy etcetc. To make a long story short, my father went to the store & tried to order , and they were out of a lot of ingredients ( like bread) and it was 4 hours before closing(yes it was a Friday but still, who did the order?) .. THEN my father ordered then asked to use his AARP discount, and the same rude girl i talked to on the phone, said she dont know what that is and they dont do discounts like that...Finally if it couldn't get worse, they got half my order wrong! .. . I cannot make this up! Moral of this story, if ur not a people person and is going to be rude to customers and apparently hate ur job...,u should not work...

I like this shopping center. My only issue is that there are so many people out at the same intersections everyday holding signs asking for money. This normally doesn't bother me until I see the same people everyday asking for money they have cigarettes drinks many times they're eating 1 minute they can look very happy and when I've crowd of vehicles come up they get a different look on their face so I ask myself after looking at these people are they capable of obtaining a job. It only upsets me when I approach these people and give them three or four dollars and ask them at the same time would they like to pick up sticks out of local yards to earn money. After I get turned down and told no that is when I become sore at the situation I just hope that somebody could address how many people are asking for money and are using it unwisely. All in all I feel as if we as a community are truly being taken...

We traveled an hour and a half to go to the Joanne's that is located here. I LOVE this Joanne's, as their selection of scrapbooking items is phenomenal, unlike the Joanne's in my area that have pretty much gotten rid of most of their selection of scrapbook items, which is very disappointing. I bought A LOT if single sheets of paper that day, and they have to be rung up individually, and I felt bad for the lady that waited on us and had to ring them up, but she kept assuring me that it was okay, and that she had no problem with ringing them up, that it was her job. She had the patience of a saint, and was so kind and friendly. I wish that I would have gotten her name, as she was so nice. I also like this area, as I lived in the area for 5 years when I was younger, and love it. It is definitely...
