Worth the stop.

Came here for a craving, the kind of tried to ignore for a few days but couldn't stop thinking about chicken strips so finally bit the bullet and went through the drive thru. We were pleasantly surprised at the offerings between JLS and AW with seasonal offerings and specials.

Service. Even for the drive thru, the employee was efficient, courteous and friendly. I realized its been awhile since I experienced that in any fast food place, including Chick-fil-A.. So for that, thank you!

Atmosphere. Let's be real it's a drive thru. Atmosphere is limited to a few categories: Cleanliness, wait time, and courtesy. Given the location, I was happy that the store, drive thru and surrounding area was pretty clean. It located in a massive parking lot so only so much you can do, but there was trash caught in barriers, greenery or the drive thru itself. Wait time was pretty minimal, again drive thru but the employee explained any wait we would need to have. We did go just before dinner so the line wasn't crowded, yet. Courtesy ties into service above. Employee explained food would take a minute to put together, and asked how the milkshake was.

Food. Ok so here's where we talk cravings. All this started with YouTube influencer Josh Weissman. IYKYK. he ranked JLS chicken at an all time high, and I was shocked. Chicken from a fish place, so I was curious and needed to try. I was reluctant and almost backed out of it completely but overall I kinda agree with his assessment. JLS chicken tenders are actually good! Salted really well with a good crunch, and juicy chicken... adding your favorite sauce to it would only make it better. Ok back to reality, it's a fast food place and fat and grease are to be expected. So it's hard to give it anything above 3 stars. Just know those are the biggest 3 stars.l out there. Rest of the food was pretty decent fries are ok not my favorite but the corn was better than expected.

Overall, I would go back to this place to order more food bc it was just good food, reasonable price for 2 people and...

Only reason I’m giving this a 2 stars is because I enjoy the food when it actually comes. That’s the problem, it takes so long for any little item you get that I haven’t gone there in 6+ months and when I went again, still disappointed. Last time my wife and I went, we ordered inside and waited for 50mins; we could’ve gone to a regular restaurant for that! And the people there said they didn’t know how to refund our money when we wanted to leave. While waiting I even went online to make a complaint and still to this day had never heard anything from corporate. We had a lobby/restaurant full of fellow angry customers that day. I kept thinking thankfully we weren’t in the drive thru that time cuz you can’t drive away to leave since it’s a...

I don’t usually write reviews and I don’t like to complain... but, they had a line of only 3 cars (myself included) and it took them the better part of a half hour to serve me. On top of that, the cup was broken. I had to go back in and get another because I’m driving back home which is 2 hours away.

Oh. And one of their entrances was literally locked.

I’ve worked in the food industry and so I know how hard it can be. I’m sorry to have to write this, but something is just off here.
