Village Dispensary Broadview — Attraction in Proviso Township

Was almost overcharged $13. Price I was quoted by email was $13 more than check out with a $10 reward. Manager was annoyed because he thought he was adjusting the price for only $3. I should have received something for free for the long wait and inconvenience. Love supporting black owned businesses but not sure if I will be back after today.

2/5 update: Gave them another chance today and officially decided NEVER AGAIN. I asked the budtender to remove my rewards last visit since the price was all over the place. Found out today, my reward was redeemed without changing the price. Same manager as last time, Adrian, adjusted the price again but told me it was my fault that the reward wasn't removed the last time because I asked the budtender to take it off and not him. The employees were much nicer when they opened up, now all attitude and no professional customer service. And they wonder why their customers are frustrated and the place is near empty every time I'm in. Don't they know dispensaries are popping up all over this area? You would think they would try harder. And good luck getting the store manager's info. At this point I'm done, checking out the new place that just opened up...

BUYER BE AWARE- PRICING FALSELY ADVERTISED ONLINE I liked the people at this establishment but the site is very POORLY managed. They falsely advertise their products then don’t mention it as we(budtender/myself) are looking at it or checking out. Also, it is not mentioned that when you use your card you get charged a fee($3.50) that gets “refunded” to you. Which then is charged as a “NON ATM FEE” to the customer- depending on the bank.
