Ok here’s my comment to your response to my review 1st of all Darnay never offered to. Ask me for the other half of the deposit. She gave me some story about how ZaZa was going to get fired because she gave me wrong information about my private room and that I can only have it for 2hrs then you was moving me to glass room with one bottle and me one meal. I asked why can’t I get $750 worth of food and bottles and my people can go somewhere else but Darnay said she had everything under control. She was had to find when my friends were in the long lines waiting to get in because they Warfield to capacity. And as far as keys, there was never no missing keys. Those were my keys that the person brought my cake in never gave me back as well as I waited for my dress which was in her office.. so rather than keep going back-and-forth saying I lied there was no need. The 750 was the principal. I knew I had to pay the other half but you all never asked me for the money. She said it was too late. I was supposed to pay the money., prior to the party date which no one ever told me that. So was I unhappy yes was this a unmemorable event yes because being in my 50th it shouldn’t have been a problem. You never should’ve called me. Two hours before the event started. People was already on the way the least you could’ve did was accommodated me and let me stayed in that room, but I would’ve appreciated a call being the manager. You never called me. Do not patronize this establishment!!! My group and I (8 total) had a reservation for 8:30pm on Saturday (9/7/24) night. We arrived at 8:15 and was informed we would not be seated until our reservation time…no biggie! However 8:30 came and went and we were not seated…we finally got a seat at 8:45 only to be told while we were placing our orders that if we were still sitting at our table at 9:15 we would be charged an additional $50 per person because they were bringing in some comedian! We asked who the comedian was and the guy that was informing us did not know the name of the person they were attempted to charge us 50 additional dollars for! We advised that when we made our reservation we were not informed of any special performance or any additional up-charge. We asked that our reservation be honored and were advised that we were not going to be able to avoid this surprise $50 fee! Either we paid it or we leave….we opted for the latter! As we were exiting the staff outside advised us that there was in fact no comedian just some local celebrity coming by to do a meet and greet! How do you force people to participate & pay for a meet and greet they did not agree to!!

The restaurant says it opens at 1pm. I arrived at 1:15 and the doors were locked. I knocked to get in. My reservation was for 1:30. There was no Bartender nor a DJ nor a host. The bartender did not show up until almost 2pm (they had to call someone in). There was no music. The DJ didn't show up until 3pm. By that time we were leaving at 3:30. I ordered chicken and waffles. I had to send the waffles back because they were cold. They didn't even have the toppings they were suppose to be on top of the waffles. Our waitress tried her best to accommodate me and my party of 8. But it was only so much she could do. We couldn't even get up from the table before they were cleaning the tables on top of us. And they started cleaning off the tables before our time was up. This was our first experience and it was horrible. I was referred to the restaurant by my friend, who works there. The place was clean but it was boring. My guest amd took pics in the waiting area while waiting to be seated and the people didn't even cut the lights on. And I have all my pics to prove...
