Eileens is TOP notch in every regard! She is so, so, super-knowledgeable and trustworthy. I initially went to see her to fill in some botox from where my neurologist does it for my migraines and leaves me with lopsided brows and a weird-looking forehead. I realized then how knowledgeable and caring Eileen was-(she was actually pretty shocked at how things were done on the neurology side)-she helped make things look smooth and I felt so much better! She has always made sure I schedule things out in an appropriate time-frame, and doesn't try to "sell" me more units of botox or other services. If I ask about services, she is amazingly helpful and honest about what might be best for me. I had taken some time off during Covid and some health struggles over the last few years, sadly. One of the terrible issues to come out of my auto immune disease was a sudden-onset and widely-spreading Rosacea. The broken blood vessels were all over my face and every day I woke up to more. I also had white bumps that nothing would help. I had been going in circles with a prominent local dermatologist and not making any progress. It occurred to me to call Eileen, that she would never steer me wrong, and that her staff's customer service was leaps and bounds above the folks I was dealing with. (I had been told by the dermatologist taht laser therapy was the only thing that would truly "help" me. I was quoted an astronomical amount for what would be 5 sessions, not covered by insurance, and must be paid up-front. Also, I kept getting the run-around with scheduling "cosmetic" procedures by the dermatology practice due to turnover. It was a really frustrating experience. I was reluctant to give them all of my money if they did ever get back to me). So, back to Eileen-her team squeezed me in, Eileen remembered me, and was glad to have me back. I gave her the update on my health issues, and she actually moved a few things around and did my first treatment that day in her office. Not only that, but she recommended LESS treatments and I could pay as I went along, and even helped with the cost. I had been terrified that I would look "burned" after laser treatment-not the case. I went back to work right afterwards, you could not tell at all-EXCEPT I could tell because my rosacea was 80% gone. I honestly cried when I looked in the mirror. This does take a couple of treatments to get the underlying "roots" so that the rosacea is completely gone and never comes back. The treatment isn't really painful, you feel a couple of little "pinches" here and there, but, that's it. And, as an AMAZING added-bonus, Eileen was able to utilize another type of laser to get rid of the dark spots from sun damage around my jawline. I was so shocked when I looked in the mirror after that-I honestly can't tell you how many decades it has been since I have seen my face without this sun damage. Doing this and any other treatment that Eileen offers is definitely worth it. It is an investment in yourself. And, if you are going to do it, you want it to be with someone HIGHLY knowledgeable, highly ethical, highly caring, and just a good person. I have known Eileen for many years and she has done many services for me. She is the best in the business, a true artist. She really cares about her clients and goes up and beyond to help her clients get the best results possible in all of her services. I know this for a fact because she has helped me through many cosmetic concerns I have had over the years. I have done laser therapy and chemical peel services with her for my melasma (hyperpigmentation) along with great products that have considerable helped my hyperpigmentation decrease. I have done sclerotherapy for my spider veins; she has given me fuller lips with lip injections, restylene for nasal labial folds, botox for forehead frowns and to make my platysma bands on my neck less visible; my neck is tighten and younger looking since having this service. I have received restylene combined with botox to make my chin smoother and erase the mental crease that forms with age. Recently, I had an unexpected death in my family and I went out of state to take care of arrangements. I've known Eileen now for 18 years. I originally went to see her for my veins when I was 40. I remember being instantly impressed bu her knowledge and professionalism. She did such a great job getting rid of all the little spider veins on my legs, it was a pleasure wearing a dress again and feeling really good about the way my legs looked. As I started to show signs of aging I began going to Eileen for other things, I started with lasers and peels and at this point have tried almost everything at least once! To say I trust Eileen explicitly is an understatement! She has always listened to me, and over the years has really gotten to know me. This is my second review for Aesthetics By Eileen, I felt compelled to add this one because, as a woman, I struggled to find an establishment offering hormone replacement therapy with a provider that I trusted. The other providers I tried before going to Clare at Eileen’s weren’t able to really explain why hormone replacement therapy is so important for a woman’s health and quality of life. Everywhere I went previously, I felt like they only cared about making money. Nothing was explained properly, some of them didn’t even attempt to teach you about the benefits vs not opting to do hormone replacement. Clare Bremer is a nurse practitioner and formerly worked in oncology. She knows the science behind the WHY hormone treatment is so important to cognitive function, joint health, cellular structure.
