So in response to the owners reply: Since there isn’t another way to respond I think you are missing the point. The point is I was overcharged for a small pizza I ordered a pie. In the picture that is displayed I picked up a slice to show how small a slice is. Again, it comes down to accountability by the way this was ordered through Ubereats not door dash. When you order from places like dominos, papa johns its 5.99 for a pie or 7.99 for a pie, it is nowhere near as small as what I received from this restaurant. No one pictures a pie being that small ever. I’ll be reaching back out to uber eats for a refund since I wasn’t denied a refund at all. So I don’t know where you got that information from. The point is accountability for being overpriced and robbing people that have invested there hard earned money there. I literally have a picture of the “baby slice” in my hand and you are still trying to tell me that it is valid. I put my hand over the overly small pie that I paid $12.99. Make it make sense please. I will be keeping the pictures up so that the hospital employees and others can see this and learn from my mistake. Imagine treating your coworkers and that is what’s considered a slice. Oh and by the way my name is not Janet. I’ll be uploading more pictures soon. Have a good day and god bless. *Original post So tonight my coworker and myself decided to treat ourselves after working a long shift in the hospital. I ordered two slices of pizza and a drink as well as ordering a Stromboli for my coworker. After receiving my order I remembered that the last time I ordered I was overcharged and meant to bring that to this store’s attention for what was supposed to be a 12inch pie pizza. I spoke with the guy named Ryan, after showing him a picture of how small the pizza was and waiting for him to acknowledge the error he goes on to say that they use the same dough and weight it then gets defensive. When in all actuality what I was trying to explain to him was that I paid $12.99 for an extra small pizza that was supposed to be a 12” pie while two slices of pizza that is much bigger is $7.99 , I’m a fellow New Yorker myself so to see this kind of bad customer service with all the money that I’ve spent at this place over a period of time is insane. So here is proof of the sizes and...
Read moreMy experience here was poor. Last week we ordered pizza and when going to pick it up the guy at the front working with the girl with short locs told me that the order was not paid for. I called The person who placed the order and they sent me screen shots that the order was paid for. I tried to show them this and they kept saying it’s not paid for and I have to pay for it because it’s not in the system as paid for. No one seem to know how to check the system very well. When speaking to the girl with short locs she kept telling me that they don’t have payment and that it’s not their issue to contact the third party who we placed the order through. Her attitude seem very dismissive to me at least about me wanting to show screen shots of confirmation of payment. We called the third party app and they put us on hold to call the restaurant. Turns out!!! The order was paid for and THEY had our order on HOLD at the restaurant atill in their computer system. I go Back to pick up the food (took 10 minutes to get things fixed) the food is now cold and doesn’t taste good. I got No apology for the issues on their end or not even a remake on the food that was now cold and no longer a good quality. I normally Recommend people to this place and visit while I work but NOW I will warn people about this place and the...
Read moreMy boyfriend, his son and I ate here. It was really busy when we first got there and almost every table was full. Despite how busy they were we were greeted by multiple staff when we came in. The fact that they stopped what they were doing to say hello speaks volumes to me. The food was great! I was really impressed when my boyfriend’s son dropped his pizza on the floor and they made him a new slice. We were more than willing to pay for it because it truly was our fault but they insisted that it was no problem. They one of the staff came over to help us clean it up off the floor. I didn’t expect that at all. We made the mess and we would have cleaned it up ourselves. The young black gentleman even took his own apron off to wipe up all of the sauce all over the floor. I apologized for the mess and this guy was like no worries, it’s no problem, it’s my job! He was so sweet and such a nice young man I wish I could remember his name to compliment him properly. The owner/manager with the bald head was also very nice. I highly recommend this place to eat. The food was fresh and hot and had great flavor. Brier Creek is a busy place as it is but this place can definitely handle the volume and still deliver outstanding...
