Target — Attraction in Raleigh

I moved from PA to Raleigh NC about a month ago and live only 5 minutes from this Target which is a great convenience! I love shopping in store and had great experiences doing my shopping on my own. Today I tried the drive up feature on my target app and although the online portion worked great the person who delivered my items to my car really ruined my experience. I ordered 2 cleaning items for my car and two 35lbs Target Brand bags of cat litter. To start, when she approached my vehicle there was no introductions like “Hi”, “Hello”, or “How are you today?”, she didn’t even confirm my code on my phone despite there being other cars waiting to pick up their groceries. This threw me off but everyone has bad days so I ignored it. Her first sentence to me was “Where do you want it?”, and not in a kind way but more so demanding. After I told her to place the items in my back seat, she proceeded to throw the bags of Cat litter onto the floor hard enough to shake my entire vehicle, rather than place it gently into the back seat. I know the bags are heavy, but it was a bit dramatic and I figured Target had some sort of weight lifting requirements so employees can handle large items like this prior to being hired. After she placed everything into my car, she just slammed my back door and walked away. Not even a “Have a nice day” or anything. Customer service jobs suck, so I make it a point to be very kind to the people who assist me in these settings. But not only did I feel disrespected, I also felt as if she was disrespecting my vehicle. This target is absolutely amazing!! They always have everything in stock and their employees are so kind to me! This is one of the only targets i go to because of how great it is. The location is also so nice. I can go to target then go eat lunch at chick-fil-a then get a cookie at crumble! i love the location and the building is very nice. I love the modern look of it because it is so new, and they always play the best music over the speakers. They have such a wide variety of stuff to buy like electronics, i always check out the vinyl records, and the toy selection is great! This place is always kept clean, but the only thing a but messy looking is the clearance section. There is also a starbucks located inside of this target and it is so nice to get a drink then shop around! Also every time i go to return or get help from an employee, the customer service is great and the return section is so organized! There is also so much parking open to you and i can always find a spot. Overall i love...

Taking a trip from San Antonio, TX and got to this Target just down the street from my cousins house early. I rented an RV to make the family reunion trip a little more comfortable for all 10 of us on the trip. We got there before the store opened. Napped until the store opened. We are on Central time zone and sleep hours are a little off. Target employee said we cannot park in the parking lot. Understandable. We needed diapers for the 2yr old and headed to the cousin apt complex. We off loaded a couple of kids and realized that we do need a few things from PetSmart and Target. WOW!!! This time, we parked the RV in a back parking lot so that there was no way we were in anyone's way or even an eye soar to anything. Spent a couple of hours shopping and when we came back to where we parked, IT WAS GONE. Target had the RV towed. RVers BEWARE!!! Even when you take the steps AND even shop you still get hammered.
