Excellent selection of both new and used office furniture; very nice and helpful staff!

We have been searching for a large table that can pull apart for single tables and be put together to form a large, conference table. We were not sure if these existed or if we needed to get this idea custom built. We were pleasantly surprised to find out about nesting tables, and boy did Jamesville Office Furniture have a selection of them!

Not only did they have a large selection to choose from, but the staff was very welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful! Anna Robertson, in particular, did an outstanding job! We were previously working with another sales rep, but she left the company. Anna took over our table hunt and went above and beyond!

If you are like us and not exactly sure how to get a set number of people, tables, and chairs to fit in a room, have no fear! The staff has a nifty program that allows them to design the space for you. This came in handy when figuring out how many tables we need, what length would work, how many people we could fit at each table/setup. Anna walked us through every step of the way and didn't fuss once with designing all of our crazy ideas we had. In fact, she said, "This is fun for me!"

Not sure which wood color to go with? No fear! They provided us with 4x6 colored block samples to take to the office. This was great!! We were able to see what color worked best for our space-- Newport Grey it is!

Have an old conference table that needs to be removed before delivery? Jamesville has you covered! While our rather large and dated conference table, nicknamed, "The Beast", is not being bought out, Jamesville is doing a courtesy haul the same day as delivery. This works out great for us since we had no clue what to do with The Beast. From my understanding, they do buy/liquidate other tables, but ours is just too (awkwardly) large that they will have a hard time reselling it. So, they do not want to purchase it. But that's fine with us since we just need it gone-- it's 20 years old and outdated. And free hauling is a great way to make that happen.

All in all, we are very happy with shopping here. We are hoping to be back to purchase new office chairs sometime in the future. Being a nonprofit, we have to watch every penny we spend. So, for now, a new table is enough. We'll make due with our old office chairs. But once we are ready to buy some new chairs, we will definitely be back (and will gladly have Anna be our sales rep).

UPDATE: We received our beautiful nesting tables and we are very pleased with our purchase! The delivery crew was very friendly and professional. They made sure our tables were securely put together and even cleaned the tables tops before they left. Saturdays are a great day to hunt down this Bargin Store. They not only can order to specifications but have acccess to inventory from businesses that have come and gone, leaving behind floor bargins on furniture perfect for people that need an upscale office setup at home. Chances are if you wander in on a Saturday Chris will have the time to go over floor inventory at rock bottom prices on high end professional office desks etc. He spent time going over the differance of ordering almost the same desk at a reasonable price and exactly the colors we wanted and then showed up something just a good at half the price. They deliver but we had them put it in our van instead “just could not wait”. The back is full from top to bottom, so take your time as there is no pressure. I do not know what it is like during the week but on a Saturday it is very relaxed and they have the people to help you make a good dicision and carry it out to you car or they offer delivery. We saved 500.00 by wandering in this inconspicous and seemingly small store, only to find that it extends far back behind clear curtains with top to bottom inventory. I am a fan of high end commercial furniture and we bought a desk that lowers and raises with a top that looks like fine wood. It can be raised tall enough to stand and type or be used as a coffee table. These kinds of shops are few and far between.We rarley buy on the first visit and was in and out after seeing most everything with a desk I have...

Very poor to dismal customer service. I went there 10/23/15 to buy a chair and a wooden cabinet. It was 440pm and the cabinet is at their warehouse which is just two blocks away from what i was told. I offered to pick it up my self from their warehouse but the other lady rep said that they can't release it since it's a big warehouse and that it's nearly closing time. It seemed counterintuitive esp since they still had 20 min before closing. I had no choice but to wait for their callback when it will be available. I was told delivery only happens wed and fri. Chris the store rep told me he'll call me wed. I have left 2 messages to them because they have not called me. It's 10/30/15 now and i just spoke with Chris. He said the delivery just came in today (granted that the warehouse was just two blocks away!). I will NEVER buy from this store again and/or...
