First off, I’m very dissatisfied with this place of business. I agree with another customer that commented and left a review about BUYER BEWARE. Little backstory about my experience, I purchased a washer and dryer (both LG brand) for a great price. I was very happy and satisfied with the initial purchase because I felt like the salesman (Tony) did a great job of selling us that these appliances were “new” and had not been used. He did mention a manufacture warranty, but did not go into too much depth or specifics. Again, this was my first washer/dryer purchase and I felt like I was in good hands. That was my fault for trusting this place. I should have came in with either the knowledge or at least someone who’s purchased appliances already.
Fast forward, a year later, my washer completely does not turn on. Now of course as a customer, you naturally call the place you’ve purchased to see what your options are or what you need to do to move forward… Well I called, and a woman named Linda, gave me absolutely no help to figure out my warranty or to give me any suggestions on what I could possibly do.
Instead, she suggested a “neighbor” of hers would help me out and see how much $$ he would charge me to look at the washer. So instead of actually providing information about the washer, Linda was quick to refer her so called neighbor to look at my 1 year old washer for a small fee.
Not acceptable at all. I ended up calling LG directly, after Linda told me multiple times not to call them, LG could not provide options for my washer because I didn’t have the SERIAL NUMBER. This company strips the serial number so you are subjected to their warranty. I do NOT have a serial number for my washer! PLEASE BEWARE OF THISE COMPANY. I’ve had the worst experience with them. And feel as though they robbed be of $$$ and gave two sh** about what happened...
Read moreI went in yesterday to replace a 17 year old LG dryer that had a failed tub bearing. The owner promptly greeted me and showed me around their small warehouse. They have a moderate inventory (guessing 150-200 refrigerators, ranges, washer/dryers) in stock and seem to get more items in constantly. All of the items appear to be unused, some new, others with a few dents from transit that were returns. The owner informed me that the item which matched with my criteria was coming in later that day and to wait instead of purchasing an item in stock that might not be the best fit. Sure enough an hour later the dryer arrived. It looked brand new and was several hundred dollars less than the Big Box stores sale prices. I was informed all appliances come with a comprehensive, no proration, no deductible warranty for one year from a third party insurer at no extra charge and that can be extended for a modest fee. They helped me load the item and secure it in the back of my truck. Overall it was a very good experience and I will return again if I need...

BUYERS BEWARE
IF YOU WANT PEACE OF MIND, DO NOT PURCHASE ANY APPLIANCES.
This store buys appliances that have the label removed on purpose, therefore you are forever committed to their warranty and service company. Without the manufacturers serial number, one can not ever get parts or service from any other appliance repair shop.
Also they state that the appliances are new, but in fact they are considered remanufactured according to LG.
While the prices of the appliances are great, Nana is not upfront with the fact that most of the appliances are returns from home depot and do not have the factory warranty, thus one has to purchase an extended warranty. The store offers an extended warranty, but they have no details about it. I was hesitant purchasing the warranty without any details, but did any how. A week later I find out from the warranty company that there's a 10 day grace period. Again no mention of this when I purchased it.
Therefore I can not give a higher rating since Nana does not provide factual...
