El Rancho Latino Market — Attraction in Rancho Cucamonga

HORRIBLE experience here this week (5/22). Immediately upon walking in, to the moment I left, the employee followed me and my date within 1ft of space at best. The employees was closer to me than my date. It was clear she thought we were stealing.

My date is a business owner, I work in tech and make well over 6 figures, and it was offensive and uncomfortable to be followed around the entire time. We both are in our late 20s and have tattoos, and it was clear as day that the woman thought very low of us and stereotyped us as bad people.

When I went to pay, which to specify was less than $3, the woman kept her hands over the products while my payment was processing. I understand making sure a payment processes correctly, but for a $3 bill that behavior was ridiculous and rude. I have never seen this behavior from an employee while I check out at ANY establishment, all of which involve purchases much higher than $3. I also don’t appreciate that she put her hands all over the candy I was buying. I threw it away when I walked out.

When I mentioned that I didn’t appreciate the behavior/treatment me and my date received, she glared and said get out.

Btw the candies I was curious to try were really gross. I will never return to this store.

Súper mal lugar, hoy me acerqué por la mañana a comprar unos productos compré bastantes y la señora que me atendió fui grosera tenía una actitud súper mala me atendió de mala gana, cuando claramente estoy pagando por todo nada es gratis, no entiendo para que tienden tiendas si no la van a saber atender aún así fui amable necesitaba hacer una trasferencia y no me la quiso hacer cuando claramente tenían un cartel de que si hacían no la recomiendo que mala...
