My boyfriend and I decided to book an escape room experience for our 3 year anniversary. We knew going into it that it is a shared experience so. It wasn’t a surprise being matched up with a group of 4. Before we started they asked if anyone was celebrating anything and I mentioned our anniversary. The game itself was fun, the only downside is because your possibly working with strangers is there becomes a power struggle. Our strangers had one person who kept doing everything so we ended up just kind of watching. My only suggestion would to add date nights where couples of 2 can experience it together. I’d pay more for that :) but back to the game. It was challenging and fun! At the end we made it out with a few minutes to spare. When they came to let us out they presenting my boyfriend and I a post card the whole staff had signed and created celebrating our 3 year anniversary. This was so thoughtful and kind and I literally will keep this in my room for ever. They then showed us around to the other room options which got us hyped for the next. All in all, the staff makes it to be a great experience, I can’t wait to try another room!

This was my first escape room experience, and man did they set the bar high! We were trying to find stuff to do with my Aussie best friend that’s in town visiting, and we came across the escape game. We signed up for the prison break out last minute, and showed up about 10 min before it was time to go in. I wish I would’ve gotten the girl at the front desks name, but she had purple hair, she was SO friendly and so informative. Zacc was the employee helping us with our first game, and man was he a blast! He was so nice and so much fun to have help us when we needed it. We enjoyed the experience so much, we decided to do a second one! We did timeliner second, and Jack was the employee helping us that game. He was SO sweet and friendly, and went above and beyond to make our experience the best it could be. He made sure we got photos everywhere we wanted after we escaped. Again, had such a blast, that we did one more. We did the special ops last, and Blue and Zacc both helped us out. Again, both were so amazing and fun and friendly. We can’t wait to go back and do the last two. Thank you guys for an amazing evening out!

I visited this escape room on a busy Saturday with four of my friends, one of whom was visiting from out of town. We had reserved the room weeks in advance, but when we arrived, a family of four walked in, and we were suddenly told we’d have to share the room with them. The staff asked if we were okay with this, and we politely expressed our hesitation. We had booked as a group of five and were hoping to play together, just us, especially since we had made the reservation well in advance.

The room had a max capacity of eight, so the staff ended up making one person from the family sit out. We asked if there were any alternatives, but instead of offering helpful solutions, we were told the only option was to reschedule for much later in the day, and even then, they couldn't guarantee we wouldn’t be placed with another group again since we didn’t have the full eight. We weren’t allowed to cancel or get a refund either because their cancellation policy requires a notice 48 hours in advance.

The only "solution" they gave us was to pay for the remaining empty spots in the room. If that’s their policy, it really made us wonder why the escape room isn’t just booked per room instead of per person. The only explanation I can think of is that it’s an easy cash grab. They maximize capacity by lumping smaller groups together, even if it compromises the experience for everyone else.

To be fair, the other group wasn’t unpleasant or anything, but once we were in the room, it was clear it wasn’t built to accommodate eight people. Realistically, it felt like a space for four or five, max. To make matters worse, two of the guests were under the age of 13, which affected the experience quite a bit. If the establishment has kid-friendly rooms (which they do), I really think they should better enforce the age recommendations for the other rooms. Beyond that, it’s just concerning to have children placed in confined rooms with strangers, especially in today’s world where safety should be a top priority.

The game itself was okay, but the entire situation soured the experience. For the price we paid, it felt completely unfair. The staff made no effort to accommodate us or acknowledge that the situation was mishandled. I mostly feel bad for our out of town friend, who was excited to do this with us and ended up disappointed.

I’ve done a lot of escape rooms, and I’ve never been forced to share with strangers. I hope this business realizes that their current model isn't standard industry practice, and honestly, it’s a...

AMAZING place! I feel like it can be rare to find a spot to go that checks every box, but that’s what they do here. Challenging puzzles? Check. Amazing design? Check. Great staff? Check.

I’ve been three times now, and I’ve had an excellent experience each time. The puzzles are tricky, but not so impossible that you get discouraged. My group used hints each time we played, and they do a great job of providing the right amount of information to point you in the right direction without just spelling it out for you. The design of the rooms themselves is extremely impressive, the sets are very high quality and there is so much attention to detail. I especially enjoy that there are multiple rooms in each experience, it makes it so much more satisfying to progress through the story. To top it all off, every employee I’ve talked to has been amazing! They truly go above and beyond to make the experience the best it can be. On my second visit, I my boyfriend and I brought his aunt and uncle, who were visiting from out of the country. When we finished the room, our game guide came back and brought a postcard. It read, “Welcome to the USA,” and was filled with handwritten notes from all of the other staff members. She also gave them a train ticket (we played the Timeliner room) with their names on it as a souvenir. Thank you, Denise, for such a memorable experience!!

I truly can’t talk highly enough about this place, I recommend it to...

Easily one of the best escape rooms around! Highly highly would recommend a stop here.

I will start by saying I have completed a solid 40 escape rooms. We completed "The Playground" this past weekend and it is easily top 3 rooms I've ever done. It is VERY well made and very interactive. I have done some other rooms at a few other places and they use some pretty basic tech and game flow. The Escape Game in Rancho definitely showed me a lot of stuff we haven't seen which kept us on our toes and seriously challenged us. We had an absolute blast.

If that wasn't enough, the staff is also incredible. We arrived a few min early as requested and Devin is hands down the nicest game master we have run into. Devin was extremely welcoming and super easy to talk to. We chatted while we waited for our room to be ready and you could easily tell he enjoys his job and also shares a passion for escape rooms, which made it fun to talk about fun rooms we have done.

We will absolutely be back! Our duo has our eyes on the Depths and Prison Break. Thank you again Devin for making our first experience a very memorable one! You definitely bought our...
