Duck Donuts — Restaurant in Rancho Cucamonga

My friend and I have came here before this being her second time and my 7th. I enjoy coming here it’s something my husband and I look forward to every time we’re at Victoria gardens we love it there. We were being helped by a young gentleman who asked if we said our order slow as he’s new. We completely understood and complied, when we were going to split the bill my friend offered to pay for my order. We told him it would be two separate orders. He said he was going to look for a pen since he can’t go back in the system to redo the order. We started writing the order down and Joy. Stepped in and said that we can’t be writing the separate orders that we need to give it to him and tell him then and there. We said that it was him who asked us to do it. She than repeated herself again not even listening or understanding the situation and automatically said again you can’t do that and that you need to give it to him when you order. I again repeated myself and she kept saying that we need to do it next time that it has to be told to him we can’t write it. I told her I felt like we were being attacked by the tone of her voice which was very rude. She gave me attitude and said that he isn’t attacking me. (Yet she rolled her eyes) I don’t know if she’s a manager or if she just acts entitled but that was the worst customer service I’ve ever received from here. She apologized to another customer over his order not being done in a timely manner so obviously she knows how to apologize. I’ve never been so disrespected and disappointed in customer service. From a company I always highly praise. I hope I don’t ever receive service...

Bought donuts via Too Good To Go, and had terrible experience with this store. If they don't need Too Good To Go customers please turn it off and don't sell it.This store does not welcome any customers who use discount coupons or special offers. If you use them, you will be treated differently. Anyone can cut your order line. I paid $8 for two hours of parking and came twice and waited for almost an hour before getting my order. I actually wanted to throw it on the ground, but people in many places are short of food. I didn't do it.The lady was very rude!!!I arrived at 7:30 am and the lady told my son it would take 20 minutes so I went to take my son to school. I came back 30 minutes later and she said it would still take 40 minutes. She said I left but I paid Why do I need to wait there it's a to go order. And her attitude was very bad. She kept letting other customer orders cut in line while I was waiting. Of course, this was her personal behavior, She just treated customers who used discount coupons differently.The original intention of using this software is to not waste food,But the food just be cut corners and sold at a low price. Her surprise bag didn't have any syrup,only donuts base,Then she told customer to get out of the store. Don't worry, I'll never come back.Such employees...

My children and I have passed by this show a few times until today we actually decided to give it a try. The lady in the front was not inviting. She was passive aggressive towards me. I simply ordered, and asked to try their sample. She asked how many samples, my daughter said “5 please” and responded with “5!?” In a surprised way. She asked, we answered. Let me remind you it was 1 adult and 4 kids. She was also OCD about the kids touching her rubber duckies. Which were everywhere! lol it should have a sign before walking in “no children allowed” lol. Anyways the service was awful, and the donuts were not special. Krispy cream or even a mom&pop donut shop is better than these. I caught my daughter’s attention while in the shop and she started to cry, as we walked out the door the lady made a comment “wooowww”. In which caught me off guard! I’m assuming she said that because I told my daughter to wipe her tears away with a napkin. Lol anywho I chose my battle and decided to not go back in and confront her smart mouth.
