Fantastic!!! Needed a good bday activity for my adult family and found this place by Googling "amusement near me". It was only a half hour away from home. First impression - five thumbs up!!! We made the reservation online but made our game choice when we got there. For being first-timers, I loved that versatility of not having to decide anything until we got there to see what it was really - low risk! Also, we planned to go on a Thurs. night, accidentally didn't realize we booked for Fri., but were totally accommodated with a quick and non-stressful reservation correction when we showed up on Thurs. - thanks Matt! And, though we bought our tickets online to make that reservation, we discovered walk-ins are welcome - yay! Want even more versatility? We were able to split our family of 7 into two groups for playtime so it was perfect. We did the hour long GhostBusters game - time flew by fast 'cause it was so fun! There was something for everyone: puzzles for the brains, movement for the brawn, a li'l bit of teamwork, a li'l bit of solo. This place has unbeatable entertainment value with the family pass! We brought three teens here for an hour-long game as part of a special day I planned for them, and they had so much fun! The adults strolled around the well-maintained streets and did a little window shopping while we waited. The facility is brand new and still has that sparkle. The paint in the entrance when you first go in, if you’re waiting, is really nicely done and in keeping with the theme. It was quite warm in the front, since it was a hot day and the doors were kept open to foot traffic, but as soon as I started down the hall to the restroom, you could feel the cold blast of the air conditioning. I was told they keep the game rooms cold to keep customers comfortable, since people move around a lot during the games. And the restroom was even really nice, with a touchless faucet and soap, which was thoughtful. My experience at Immersive Gamebox truly exceeded my expectations—from being accommodated by Frank, to playing in the game box itself. It was our first time at Immersive Gamebox, and my friend and I had a blast playing six games from Squid Game (an 11/10 experience for Squid Game fans).
