Bad customer service. Came in to exchange a Christmas gift. Although I didn’t have the receipt I had the box and all the necessary tags. The girl immediately took the glasses from the box and started cleaning them asking for a receipt. Than after scanning the tag she asked which one I wanted. Then said she didn’t have the one I request and that I couldn’t exchange it for anything else in the store and that I should call customer service. Why ? A few days later, we happened to be at Victoria Gardens and decided to stop in the Oakley store for a hard case while traveling. A young man found a perfect case from a return and gave it to us. We left the store very impressed with his service and willingness to help.
