Pinot's Palette — Attraction in Rancho Mirage

I'll be honest I was not able to attend a class. A friend invited me and my teenage daughter to a class. She assured me she asked that my daughter could go. When we showed up we stood for a bit and a man shimmy up to us we told him we were there to meet our friend. He looked at my daughter and said, " please don't try and tell me she's 21?" I gave him a blank stare and said sorry we were told she could come. He smirks at me " oh please don't, when you pay you have to check your over 21, for her to be here is against California law, I can get fined or you can get arrested!" I was so embarrassed how he talked to me. I'm a good person who is reasonable. I did not make the reservation or pay. If he simply explained the situation I would have just left but he went out of his way to humiliate me. I was so bothered by his treatment I went home and cried, and that's not me. I can't understand why he wanted to make my daughter and I feel bad, it was a misunderstanding by my friend who ended up paying for two empty seats. The hardest part is he made my daughter feel like she did something wrong, she was excited about going for the last few days. My friend offered to see if they had a class for kids, but I could never go back and support someone who talks to...

I went on April 20 of this year for my birthday there were about eight of us in total, and we painted a waterfall. I just want to say that Louka did such an amazing job! He was both the bartender and the instructor that night. It was my fourth time going, but it was extra fun that day. He put up a happy birthday sign for me and made the entire experience fun and comfortable. I don’t think I stopped smiling the whole lesson. If you ever get the chance to paint here do it! It’ll be worth it for the great staff and fun experience.

I am the Young Women's President in my church. I recently booked a paint party with Pinot's Palette. The age range was 11 - 18 for the girls. We had a total of 10 in our group. Joyce came to our church to instruct everyone. She was on time, and did an EXCELLENT job with everything! She took time to really help the younger ones that were struggling a bit.
